Friends stars Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer pay heartfelt tributes to their beloved co-star Matthew Perry, reminiscing about their brotherly bond

Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer, cast members of the TV show "Friends," have each posted touching tributes on their official Instagram accounts in memory of their late co-star Matthew Perry. These heartfelt posts follow similar tributes from their fellow cast members Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox, who had posted on Tuesday.

Perry passed away at the age of 54 on October 28th. Aniston shared a heartfelt tribute, comprising a picture of her with Perry, a screenshot of a text message he had sent her, and a video snippet capturing a touching moment between their characters on the television show "Friends."

"Oh boy, this one has pierced deep... The act of bidding farewell to our dear Matty has unleashed an overwhelming surge of emotions that are entirely foreign to me," expressed Aniston in the caption.

Aniston acknowledged that loss is inevitable for everyone, as she proceeded to elucidate the profound impact it has had on her.

"Truly embracing this grief enables you to experience those moments of joy and gratitude for having deeply loved someone. And we loved him profoundly," she expressed. "He was an indispensable part of our essence. We were always the six of us. This chosen family forever altered the trajectory of our identities and the path we were destined to follow."

Aniston shared a photo of her and Perry, captured in a moment of laughter. Perry had sent her the photo along with a heartfelt message, expressing how her laughter had brightened his day. Aniston revealed that Perry had a strong belief that his life hinged on hearing her laughter, stating that if he didn't hear it, he felt his survival was at stake.

"And he certainly achieved just that. He brought laughter to all of us. And laughter that truly resonated," Aniston expressed. "In recent weeks, I've been going through our exchange of texts, experiencing a mix of laughter and tears, only to burst into laughter once more. These messages will remain with me eternally."

Schwimmer also paid homage to Perry's wit in his homage.

"Thank you for the unforgettable ten years filled with laughter and boundless creativity," expressed Schwimmer. "Your flawless comedic timing and delivery will always remain ingrained in my memory. You possessed the remarkable ability to mold a simple line of dialogue, transforming it into something entirely unique and surprisingly hilarious, leaving us all amazed."

He reflected on how the cast had forged a strong familial bond over the years.

Schwimmer expressed admiration for your kind and compassionate nature, as you selflessly extended your heart to us, enabling six strangers to form a loving family," Schwimmer wrote.

Subsequently, on Wednesday, Lisa Kudrow, the actress who portrayed Phoebe Bouffay on the immensely popular show, paid her own heartfelt homage to Perry on Instagram. She shared a vintage Polaroid of the two, featuring the prominent NBC logo.

After shooting the pilot, "Friends Like Us," we were thrilled when it was picked up and immediately found ourselves at the NBC Upfronts. And then, you came up with the idea to play poker, which made our initial bond even stronger," Kudrow fondly remembered. "I can't thank you enough for that. Your humor was so hilarious that it made my muscles ache, and tears of laughter would stream down my face every single day."

Kudrow expressed gratitude to Perry for his willingness to compromise in their complex six-way relationship. She also thanked him for his dedication to work, even when he wasn't feeling well, and acknowledged his brilliance.

"I am immensely grateful for the incredible 10 years we shared. Your trust in me means the world. Through our connection, I learned valuable lessons about grace and love. The time I spent with you, Matthew, will always be cherished."

Kudrows' post completed the group of all five remaining cast members who paid tribute to their late co-star.

Aniston expressed her deep affection for Perry, mentioning that she has daily conversations with him and believes he is now free from any suffering.

"Rest little brother," she concluded her post." You always made my day…"
