Many celebrities were mourned in Hollywood in 2024, including the tragic loss of Speed Racer star Christian Oliver. The beloved actor, born Christian Klepser, passed away at the age of 51 during a fatal plane crash on January 5. He was traveling home from a Caribbean vacation with his two daughters, Madita and Annik, and wife Jessica Klepser when the aircraft experienced engine trouble and fell into the ocean. Unfortunately, the plane's pilot also lost their life in the accident.
Oliver was not only an actor, he also worked as a realtor at The Agency, a Beverly Hills brokerage.
The Agency founder, Mauricio Umansky, expressed his condolences on social media, saying, "Christian, Madita, and Annik, you will be missed. May you rest in peace. My prayers are with you and your entire Agency family. You were a great friend, father, husband, actor, and agent. You made us laugh, and you cared more than most. You are missed and loved."
Aden Canto, star of The Cleaning Lady, passed away at the age of 42, four days later. His representative shared that Adan had a profound spirit that left a lasting impact on those who had the privilege of knowing it, and revealed that the actor had been privately battling appendiceal cancer. "He will be deeply missed by many," the statement concluded.
Canto is survived by his wife, Stephanie Canto, and their two children: Roman and Eve.
