Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough are remembering Lisa Marie Presley one year after her passing with a special tribute.

"Today marks a very somber day. It has been a year since you left us and not a day goes by that I don't think of and miss you," Priscilla, 78, shared on Friday via X (formerly Twitter) on the one-year anniversary of her daughter's death. "Rest in peace, Lisa. You are now in the arms of your beloved father. That alone brings me comfort. Mom ️."

Lisa Marie, the only daughter of Priscilla and the iconic rockstar Elvis Presley, passed away in January 2023 at the age of 54. Her death was attributed to a small bowel obstruction, as per the autopsy report obtained by We in July 2023. Lisa Marie is survived by her mother Priscilla, and her daughter Riley, 34, from her marriage to ex-husband Danny Keough, as well as her twin daughters Finley and Harper, 15, from her marriage to ex-husband Michael Lockwood.

In a touching tribute, Riley shared a throwback photo of herself and her mother on Instagram, accompanied by a heart emoji in the caption.

One day earlier, Riley revealed that she will be launching her late mother's memoir. The book is set to be released on October 15. (Lisa Marie had been working on her memoir before her death.)

In a statement to the Associated Press on Thursday, she expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work on her mother's autobiography for publication, despite the bittersweet nature of the task. "I am thrilled to share my mom at her most vulnerable and honest, and I hope readers come to love her as much as I did," she said.

After Lisa Marie's passing, Riley became the sole trustee of her mother's estate. Before the official proceedings in May 2023, she was involved in a legal dispute with her grandmother regarding her daughter's will. It was confirmed that the settlement included stipulations naming Riley's younger sisters as sub-trustees and providing a $1 million lump sum payment to Priscilla.
