Priyanka Chopra Jonas has not yet revealed her Halloween costume for this year, but her most recent appearance on the red carpet inadvertently embraced the spirit of the spooky season.

The 41-year-old actress graced the opening night of the Jio MAMI Mumbai International Film Festival on Friday, October 27, in a breathtaking white Tony Ward gown. The elegant dress, reaching down to the floor, showcased alternating panels of white satin and gold sequins, resembling the bandages of an Egyptian mummy. Chopra Jonas complemented the gown with an ivory coat, worn slightly off the shoulder.

She achieved a glamorous look by styling her hair in a sleek top knot and applying winged eyeliner, dark eyeshadow, bronzed cheeks, and nude lipstick. Complementing the gold sequins on her dress, she painted her nails with a light glittering gold polish.

On Friday, Chopra Jonas shared a series of photos on her Instagram, showcasing her mummy-inspired look. Striking a glamorous pose in front of a piano, she captioned one of the pictures, "Opening night at Jio Mami Mumbai Film Festival @mumbaifilmfestival."

Nick Jonas, her husband, wasted no time in commenting, expressing his amazement with a simple, "Damn."

This marks Chopra Jonas' second occasion wearing Tony Ward. Back in December 2022, she graced the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, donning an exquisite couture gown by the same designer. The gown showcased a relaxed yet striking silhouette, accentuated by a captivating V-neckline and meticulously crafted beaded fringe embellishments.

During a masterclass at the Mumbai film festival, actress Chopra Jonas shared that she has had to overcome obstacles to secure movie roles. One instance she mentioned was when she expressed her strong desire to be a part of a specific film. Determined, she had her agents contact the filmmakers and offer to audition. She underwent three rounds of auditions, including a meeting with the filmmaker, a reading at her home, and finally a session at the studio, ultimately earning the role.

Chopra Jonas offered advice and encouragement, stating that she does not fear chasing her dreams and that her pride never hinders her pursuit. She emphasized the importance of not allowing pride to obstruct one's desires and claimed that ego is detrimental, while emphasizing that success in any domain can be achieved through hard work, humility, and persistence.
