According to an insider, Prince Harry is determined to win his ongoing battle against the Daily Mirror and is willing to risk everything to achieve justice.

According to an insider, the Duke of Sussex, aged 38, recently testified in court on June 6 and 7 in a case against Mirror Group Newspapers, publisher of the Daily Mirror. The lawsuit alleges that the media company unlawfully accessed the Duke's voicemail messages between 1996 and 2011 to gather information about him. In response, the company denies the claims and asserts that its journalists utilized legal reporting techniques. Despite the stress and exhaustion involved, the insider notes that Harry's commitment to speaking out against what he believes to be illegal behavior kept him determined and focused throughout the process.

Prince Harry, founder of the Invictus Games, attributed the breakdown of his relationship with Chelsy Davy to intrusive tabloid coverage of their personal lives. According to his witness statement, reporters would listen to their voicemails to track their movements, leading to disruptions during their private outings due to the presence of photographers and journalists.

Harry expressed how difficult it was for him when Davy ultimately decided that a Royal life was not for her. Despite living in different countries, the two frequently communicated by phone. Harry also shared his experience with "unusual mobile activity," where the new voicemail symbol would disappear before he had a chance to listen to the message. This led to instances where people would ask if he received their voicemail, but it was nowhere to be found in his inbox.

During the first two days of testimony, Harry faced questioning from Mirror Group attorney Andrew Green, who pushed back on the former military pilot's theory that his school landline could have been hacked while he was speaking with Princess Diana. Green dismissed the theory as mere speculation. Despite not being present at the court proceedings, Meghan Markle has been a source of support for her husband, according to an insider. The source notes that the Suits alum has been Harry's "rock" throughout the ordeal and is proud of his strength and courage in standing up for what is right.
