On December 28, a new stop-motion animated series called Pokemon Concierge debuted, marking the first collaboration between the franchise and Netflix. This comes after the conclusion of Ash Ketchum's journey in the beloved Pokemon anime, prompting The Pokemon Company to seek new ways to expand its world and tell the stories of the Pokemon universe.
The company announced during the Pokemon Presents livestream that they will be creating a new stop-motion feature series in collaboration with Netflix titled Pokemon Concierge. Here's everything you need to know about the new series and where to watch it.

Netflix Pokemon Concierge is a new Netflix series.
The release of Pokemon Concierge on Netflix on December 28, 2023 was announced by the streaming platform's account via Twitter. This aligns with their previous commitment to launch the show in Q4, as stated earlier this year. In a press release, Minyoung Kim, the Vice President of Netflix content in Asia, expressed Netflix's anticipation to thrill fans in Japan and globally with Pokemon Concierge. Kim also pledged an innovative visual and storytelling experience through groundbreaking stop-motion animation in close partnership with The Pokemon Company, set in the Pokemon world.
"We are thrilled to announce the launch of this new series on Pokemon Day, offering fans even more to anticipate on this special holiday dedicated to the beloved franchise," she concluded.
Pokemon Concierge plot: What is the project about?
Dwarf Studios will be using stop-motion animation to tell the story. The central character is Haru, a concierge at the Pokemon Resort, accompanied by her loyal Pokemon, Psyduck. The series revolves around Haru's interactions with the diverse Pokemon guests at the resort.

Good news for Pokemon fans! Alongside the announcement of the new series, Netflix and The Pokemon Company released a stunning teaser trailer, confirming that the project is currently in production.

In addition to the release window, Netflix also included a short sneak peek at Pokemon Concierge.
The platform's YouTube channel also released a behind-the-scenes video featuring Non, the voice actor for Haru, the protagonist of the series.
