PK Kemsley is implying that certain aspects of his wife Dorit Kemsley's PTSD are more bothersome than worrying.

"I comprehend certain aspects, but I don't believe all of it stems from PTSD," he stated during the January 10 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. "The question is, at what point does difficult behavior cross over into PTSD?"

During the most recent episode of RHOBH, Dorit, 47, and PK, 56, participated in a therapy session together to confront the lasting impact of the 2021 home invasion on the Beverly Beach founder's mental health.

In a candid confession, Dorit shared, "After the home invasion, I felt a strong need for PK's presence, but he was constantly traveling. He wasn't there for me, neither physically nor emotionally. My patience and understanding have run out. It's time for him to step up."

In October 2021, PK was in London for business when Dorit was robbed at gunpoint while at home with their two children, son Jagger, 9, and daughter Phoenix, 7. "Three male suspects took an unknown amount of property," according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Dorit later disclosed in 2022 that the robbers had not been apprehended.

"I don't think you really grasp how serious my PTSD is, especially when it comes to unexpected triggers," Dorit told PK in the latest episode. "I've tried to explain it to you, but you always get defensive."

PK responded, "Does having PTSD mean you have to talk about it right away? Is that what PTSD is?" The couple was having an argument about their anniversary, which had been featured earlier in the season. To celebrate, PK had planned a date with a Pretty Woman theme. Dorit, who had not been aware of the plan from the start, explained that surprises can cause her great "anxiety."

PK admitted during his confession that Dorit has grown more demanding over the years in their relationship. Later, emotions ran high during PK's therapy session with Dorit.

PK expressed openness to understanding PTSD and acknowledged the importance of both patience and calm communication in the process. "I’m not seeking to irritate you, I’m seeking to understand you," PK stated.
