Kate, who is 42 years old, was seen on Monday, March 11, for the second time after her abdominal surgery. A photo posted by the Daily Mail showed William, who is 41, and his wife leaving Windsor Castle. William's face was clearly visible, while Kate was looking out the opposite window. (Reportedly, she was on her way to a private appointment while he was attending a Commonwealth Day event.)

After the photo circulated online, some social media users speculated that it may have been edited. They compared the colors of the bricks visible through the car window to those above the vehicle. Some users even questioned if the woman beside William was truly Kate.
