According to leaked details about Oshi no Ko chapter 133, the upcoming installment will be called "Acting." The previous chapter showed Nino making a comparison between Ruby's acting and Ai's genuine personality. Since Ruby failed to accurately portray her mother, Nino was not impressed with her performance. This criticism weighed heavily on Ruby's mind during subsequent film takes.
Kana Arima observed this and grew concerned about Ruby. As a result, Ruby had no option but to admit that she didn't understand her mother's true nature or feelings. Since Kana herself had been assigned the role of Nino, she felt that she should be able to accurately depict Ruby's emotions to match Ai's. However, comprehending Ai's mental state would prove to be a challenge unless Ruby underwent similar circumstances.

In Oshi no Ko chapter 133, Ruby and Kana were found seated in the office. Ruby expressed her concern for Kana and their friends since their careers were tied to the success of the "15-Year Lie" movie. However, Kana remained determined, stating that she would pursue acting after graduating from B-Komachii regardless.
Kana then reflected on Ruby's situation, realizing that her friend's cute and forthright nature would pose a challenge in accurately portraying Ai's emotions. She questioned Ruby's motivation, prompting her to share that she was striving to put an end to her family's past and move forward. She emphasized the importance of doing her job well, as it held the key to her future aspirations.

Contemplating Ruby's situation, Kana realized that she may not fully grasp what Ruby was going through, but she could empathize with the desire to do what is right. Despite the potential damage it could cause to their relationship, Kana had a solution to Ruby's problem. Despite the risk, she decided to move forward with the plan in order to assist her friend.
Oshi no Ko chapter 133 spoilers revealed Kana's shocking confession as she finally disclosed a long-held secret. She confessed to Ruby that she never truly saw her as a friend. Kana's decision to leave B-Komachii was fueled by her feelings of inferiority to Ruby as an idol. Her resentment towards Ruby grew to the point where, like Nino, she sometimes wished Ruby would just disappear.

Hearing this caused Ruby’s highlights to disappear from her eyes. That’s the emotion Ai Hoshino had, one full of jealousy, disappointment, and loneliness. Hence, Kana wanted to help her Ruby understand the same. Therefore, despite Ruby being an important friend to her, Kana was willing to risk their relationship.

Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan, I have mixed feelings about the latest chapter of Oshi no Ko. On one hand, I am excited to see the story progress and learn more about the characters. On the other hand, I am concerned about the direction the story is taking and how it will affect the characters I have come to love.
I am particularly interested in the relationship between Kana and Ruby. In the latest chapter, we see that Kana has a lot of resentment towards Ruby, which leads her to make some questionable decisions. I understand that Kana is struggling with her own insecurities, but I don't think it's fair for her to take them out on Ruby. I hope that in future chapters, Kana will be able to work through her issues and build a stronger relationship with Ruby.
