The Uchiha Clan in Naruto is widely recognized as one of the most formidable in the series. Descendants of Indra Otsutsuki, the clan is renowned for their exceptional Chakra control and unparalleled visual abilities. Similar to other clans in Naruto, the Uchiha possess a distinctive ability known as the Sharingan.
Considered as one of the "Three Great Dojutsu", the Sharingan bestows the wielder with two significant abilities: the "Eye of Insight" (providing the ability to see chakra, exceptional perception, and the mimicry of techniques) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (enabling the use of Genjutsu).
This marks the initial stage, starting with 1 Tomoe and advancing to 3. Following this, through the experience of loss, it transforms into the Mangekyo Sharingan, bestowing individualized jutsu along with the eye's inherent abilities.
The Mangekyo Sharingan is a formidable Dojutsu that offers diverse abilities depending on the user. This compilation explores the unique abilities of the eye from each of its users.

8) Object Manipulation

Shin Uchiha is known for his unique ability in object manipulation, a skill that is exclusive to him. Although not a natural member of the Uchiha clan, he was created by Orochimaru and made his appearance in the Naruto sequel. Possessing the initial Sharingan, he also had the ability to evolve it into the powerful Mangekyo Sharingan.
7) Kamui
Unlike other users, he possessed a unique ability. By placing a mark on any object, he had the power to manipulate it at will using Telekinesis. One notable example of this was when he marked Sasuke's sword and used it to attack the 7th Hokage.

This special ability belonged exclusively to Obito Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan. Later, Kakashi, who possessed Obito's left eye, also awakened this power. However, this is also where the difference became apparent.
Obito's right eye, known as Kamui, enabled him to teleport himself and others in close range. By sending only parts of the body to the Kamui dimension, they could easily pass through solid objects.
Kakashi's Mangekyo, awakened at the same time as Obito's, granted him the ability to use long-range Kamui. His left eye could create a barrier around a target and teleport them, as well as generate a powerful attractive force to pull other targets towards him.
6) Izanagi and Izanami

Izanagi and Izanami are not exclusive to the Mangekyo Sharingan, but they are still powerful abilities. Izanagi is based on Hagoromo's Creation of All Things Technique, where imagination can bring things into existence.
In simple terms, Izanagi allows the user to cast an illusion on reality itself, giving the user the power to determine what is real and what is not, as long as the ability is active. It is commonly used as a form of protection, undoing any injuries or even death. When injured or killed, the affected self vanishes as an illusion and the unaffected version reappears.
Izanami was designed as a counter to Izanagi, with the ability to determine destiny. This powerful technique has specific requirements for its use, and once activated, it can trap the target in an endless loop of events. The only way to break free from this loop is for the target to accept their true self and fate. An example of this was when Itachi used Izanami to trap Kabuto. However, the drawback of this technique is that once it is activated, the eye used to perform it is permanently blinded.
5) Amaterasu

The formidable Black Flames was among the earliest abilities of the Mangekyo Sharingan showcased in Naruto. Itachi Uchiha was the first to use Amaterasu, creating black flames that burned hotter than the sun and could not be put out. The flames could only be extinguished once the target was completely incinerated, showcasing its terrifying power. Later, Sasuke also used this ability and combined it with his other powers to amplify its strength.
4) Susano'o

The Susano'o is a unique ability that can only be accessed by those who have awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes. It is considered one of the strongest abilities of the eyes. Initially used by Itachi Uchiha, the Susano'o takes the shape of a massive humanoid figure made of chakra.
While using the Susano'o, the user gains access to a tremendous reservoir of power. Its composition makes it an excellent defensive tool, but it also possesses immense destructive power, making it a formidable offensive weapon. As demonstrated later in the series, it has the capability to effortlessly cleave through mountain ranges with a single sword slash.
3) Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi
The Susano'o continues to increase in strength as the user gains more mastery over the eye or attains the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. It initially manifests as a skeletal figure, then evolves into a fully formed human-like entity, and finally reaches its peak with a full suit of armor. The color of the Susano'o varies depending on the individual user.

Kagutsuchi is a potent Mangekyo Sharingan ability unique to Sasuke Uchiha, endowed with the power of Amaterasu in one of his eyes similar to his brother.
2) Kotoamatsukami
On the other hand, his second eye possessed a distinct capability known as Kagutsuchi. This technique, Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi, allows Sasuke to exert shape transformation on Amaterasu. With it, he has the ability to mold the flames according to his preferences and even integrate them with other techniques to enhance their power.

Shisui Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan grants him access to the Kotoamatsukami, one of the most powerful Genjutsu techniques alongside the Tsukuyomi. With this ability, he can ensnare his target in a potent genjutsu and manipulate them without their awareness of being under his control.
Once activated, this technique could not be used with the same eye again until a certain amount of time passed. This is one of the reasons its wielder, Shisui, was feared so greatly.
1) Tsukuyomi

Another of Itachi Uchiha's formidable abilities, this is arguably the most potent and treacherous Genjutsu in the series. It is also the only one capable of causing the death of its victim. While regular Genjutsu created illusions based on the user's wishes, this one was unlike any other.
Under Itachi's complete control, people were trapped in a world where even time and space were manipulated. The briefest exposure to this influence felt like an eternity, as demonstrated when Itachi used it on Kakashi Hatake to avoid causing him physical harm and raising suspicion. What was only a few moments in real time felt like 3 days to Kakashi.
Editor's P/S
As a hard fan of Naruto, I am thrilled to delve into the captivating world of the Uchiha Clan and their extraordinary Mangekyo Sharingan abilities. Each user possesses a unique set of powers that showcases their exceptional prowess and versatility.
Shin Uchiha's ability to manipulate objects with precision and finesse sets him apart from other Mangekyo Sharingan users. His Telekinesis allows him to control objects marked with his seal, making him a formidable opponent in battle. Obito Uchiha's Kamui, on the other hand, grants him unparalleled mobility and intangibility, enabling him to teleport himself and others through solid objects. This ability makes him virtually untouchable and provides a significant advantage in combat.
