Boruto Uzumaki's emergence in Konoha, as depicted in the last page of the first chapter of the Two Blue Vortex manga, had a profound impact on fans. It sparked intense discussions and speculation within the fan community. One theory circulating on social media suggests that Boruto's arrival in Konoha mirrors that of his father, Naruto Uzumaki, during the Pain Assault arc.

Both characters made their entrance when the village was under attack, highlighting their significance and presence during crucial moments. However, there is a twist in the plot introduced by the series' writer. Naruto returned to Konoha in a defensive posture, driven by his desire to protect the village and the Nine-Tails. During the Pain Assault arc, the Akatsuki leader, Pain, executes a relentless attack on the village with the intention of capturing Naruto and exploiting the Nine-Tails' power. Just when hope seems lost, Naruto emerges in Konoha accompanied by a group of formidable toads, fearlessly defending both the village and his own inner beast from falling into the clutches of this formidable adversary.

In the manga Two Blue Vortex, Boruto enters the village during a tumultuous attack, accompanied by a concealed toad ally. However, in contrast to Naruto, his purpose is not to defend. Instead, he swiftly initiates an aggressive assault on Code and interrogates him about the location of the Ten-Tails.

In the Two Blue Vortex manga, Masashi Kishimoto purposely creates a stark contrast between Naruto and Boruto's entrances. Naruto's return is depicted as heroic, while his son's entrance is more ominous and mysterious. This deliberate distinction sets the stage for the intense conflicts that will unfold in the manga. Using a parallel structure, Kishimoto skillfully showcases the divergent paths taken by Naruto and his son. Despite being in similar situations, their intentions and approaches differ drastically, leading others to see them in contrasting ways. Although Boruto is inherently good-hearted, he is portrayed as an antagonist to Kawaki and others who believe he is responsible for the death of Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki.

The invasion of Konoha by Code in the Two Blue Vortex manga paled in comparison to the destructive onslaught of Pain. While Code's invasion was relatively short-lived and had a lesser impact, it was nothing compared to the massive devastation wreaked upon the village during Pain's assault. The entire village was decimated, resulting in countless casualties and untold suffering for its inhabitants.

In contrast, Code's assault on Konoha was less severe and resulted in lesser devastation. However, there is a possibility that the anime adaptation of the Two Blue Vortex manga will depict Code's invasion in more detail, showcasing a larger scope of destruction and terror that could be reminiscent of Pain's assault.

Naruto and his son, Boruto, not only have similar entrances into Konoha, but they also share other similarities. In chapter 3 of the Two Blue Vortex manga, Boruto showcases increased strength after a time skip, exhibiting new abilities such as the Uzuhiko Rasengan. Unlike the traditional Rasengan, this advanced form utilizes planetary chakra and incorporates rotational energy from the planet, resulting in heightened power.

Since this new Rasengan incorporates nature's energy, it is theorized that Boruto may have mastered Sage Mode, similar to his father who achieved it after returning from Mount Myoboku during the Pain Assault arc. Moreover, when Boruto returns, he is seen with a toad hidden in his clothing and possesses a snake summoning contract, implying that he may have also learned Sage Mode from Mount Myoboku.
