Law enforcement officials were summoned to the actor's residence, where he was discovered "unconscious in a separate jacuzzi." On Monday, October 30th, a representative from the Los Angeles Fire Department stated to CNN that the beloved star was already deceased before the arrival of the first responders.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has postponed Perry's cause of death following the initial autopsy. The results were inconclusive and a toxicology report is currently pending. A request has been made for further investigation into his death.
