West Ham have turned down Manchester City's £90m offer for Declan Rice. According to We News, the Premier League champions proposed £80m upfront with an additional £10m in add-ons for the English midfielder. However, West Ham considers the bid to be below their valuation.
Arsenal are still pushing to sign Rice - and West Ham are expecting them to come in with a third bid after having two offers rejected.
