Lovecraft, as well as Cold War experiments and conspiracy theories, Stranger Things captivated Netflix viewers with its portrayal of strange occurrences in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana. The show's popularity led to its status as a flagship series for the streaming service and even extended to other media, such as the addition of a Stranger Things skin pack to the Minecraft Bedrock edition store.

Following a highly successful fourth season, characterized by a Stranger Things poster that surpassed the quality of numerous film promotions, the series has now reached its much-anticipated final season. "You feel ready to venture forth, to grow and thrive, and you appreciate the time you've had, but it is time to forge your own path and embrace your own existence."
