In episode 5 of Migi & Dali, titled "Daphnia Song," the Sonoyamas were invited to the Ichijou household, only to discover that it was a trap. Eiji confronted Migi about the button, leading Migi and Dali to hide it. However, Migi eventually confessed to the crime in order to protect his and his brother's secret. In response, the Ichijous imprisoned Migi as a form of "education." Meanwhile, Dali took advantage of the situation to search for the Daphnia wallpaper in the house, but was unsuccessful.
Later on, Migi realized that the room he was locked in was the same room he used to live in. In the meantime, Dali joined forces with housekeeper Micchan to conduct a thorough investigation of the household. This investigation provided Dali with the revelation that his mother had once worked for the Ichijou family.
Additionally, the Ichijous were monitoring them as they discovered a hidden chamber in the attic. Inside this room, they stumbled upon a meticulous diorama showcasing the entire Origon village and comprehensive data on each individual.

However, eager enthusiasts will have to exercise patience until the next episode airs, granting them insight into Micchan's fate and the duration of Migi's captivity within the Ichijou household.
Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan, I am eagerly anticipating the release of Migi & Dali episode 6. The previous episode left us with a cliffhanger, and I can't wait to see what happens next. I'm especially interested in learning more about the Ichijou family and their connection to Dali's mother. I also want to know what will happen to Migi now that he has been imprisoned.
I think Migi & Dali is a great anime because it is both funny and heartwarming. The characters are well-developed and relatable, and the story is engaging. I would definitely recommend this anime to other Gen Z fans.
