Later, Michelle addressed a question about seeing her marriage unravel on screen.

I hope you all understand that last summer was tough for me. I didn't realize how unhappy I looked. Watching some scenes made me cry and were hard to watch.

Michelle then explained why she and Jesse decided to film The Valley despite facing relationship issues.

Years ago, we discussed the idea of doing this show when our daughter Isabella was very young. I wasn't sure if the show would be successful, but then we received the news that it was picked up right away. I thought that marriages have their challenges, but we can be real and honest about our issues.

Michelle mentioned that their daughter Isabella was adjusting well to their separation. She said that Isabella is amazing and has adapted smoothly. Isabella enjoys having two homes, two beds, and different toys. The change has been a positive one for her.

Before joining The Valley, Jesse and Michelle got engaged in November 2017 after dating for several years. They got married a year later and welcomed their daughter Isabella in 2020. In March, it was confirmed that Jesse and Michelle separated after almost six years of marriage.

After rewatching their scenes on The Valley, Michelle took to her Instagram Q&A to clear up some details. She emphasized on Saturday that her remark about Jesse being her longest booty call was just a joke.

She clarified, "I believe there was a misunderstanding. It was meant to be a joke." She recalled her initial impression of Jesse during their first coffee meet-up, thinking he talked too much and might not be the right fit for her. However, their first date turned out to be different and went smoothly. Michelle emphasized, "We were together for 9 years and our relationship used to be very different."

Addressing rumors of infidelity, Michelle responded to speculation that she cheated on Jesse. During an episode of The Valley that aired recently, Jax Taylor and Luke Broderick hinted at Michelle being unfaithful. Luke suggested he had information that could potentially jeopardize Jesse and Michelle's marriage, but he did not provide any specific details.

Jax mentioned Michelle's strong connection with a director whose name was not revealed on the show. According to Jax, Michelle usually says she doesn't recognize celebrities, but she was spending a lot of time with this director, going out with him continuously for a few days. They met at the Château Marmont, where Michelle goes daily from her home, and hit it off well at the pool.

He kept on saying, "It was just another day. And then another day. Isn't that weird? I mean, she's a real estate agent, so she could be a potential customer. Jesse doesn't seem to be too worried about it. I'm not sure if I believe it or not."

At that moment, Jesse assured Jax and Luke that he wasn't worried.

Jesse expressed his belief to Luke that trust in a relationship or in oneself leads to feeling secure. He mentioned that if Michelle were to betray that trust, the responsibility would lie with her. Jesse added that he would have to explain to Isabella for the next 40 years how her mother messed everything up if such a situation occurred. He emphasized that cheating would be the breaking point for him, stating that he could work through any other issue but infidelity.

Michelle responded to accusations of infidelity with the director on Instagram Story, vehemently denying them. She explained that as a real estate agent, networking and building relationships are part of her job and the interaction had no romantic intentions.
