Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry are still collaborating with Netflix. The streaming service announced to CNN that the couple's company, Archewell Productions, is currently working on two new nonfiction series for Netflix. This collaboration is part of a long-term deal that was agreed upon in 2020.
The news was first reported by Deadline.
The first series will be curated by Meghan and “will celebrate the joys of cooking & gardening, entertaining, and friendship” according to Netflix.
Following the announcement of her new business venture, the American Riviera Orchard, another exciting project has been revealed. This new series, as stated by Netflix, will focus on the US Open Polo Championship in Wellington, Florida, offering viewers a unique glimpse into the world of professional polo.
Both shows are currently in the early stages of production. The titles and release dates for these shows will be announced at a later time.
Netflix has collaborated with the couple on three previous nonfiction series. One of these series, "Harry & Meghan," provided a behind-the-scenes look at their relationship with the royal family and their transition to living in the US after stepping down from their royal responsibilities.
The company created two projects for the streaming giant. One is "Live To Lead," an interview series with world leaders. The other is "Heart of Invictus," a documentary series about an event and organization supported by Prince Harry.
