"There is an overwhelming amount of judgment surrounding my relationship with Machine Gun Kelly," Fox stated in an interview with InStyle in September 2019. "If we discuss patriarchy, the mere fact that he is four years younger than me seems to prompt assumptions that I am dating a significantly younger man. However, the reality is that he is 31 years old while I am 35. ... It's perplexing that society perceives this age difference as noteworthy, whereas nobody would bat an eye if George Clooney were dating someone four years younger."

She continued, expressing her frustration: "Just four years? Give me a break. We would have been in high school together. It is utterly absurd that women still face such unwarranted treatment."

She pointed out the double standard by asking, "Do you question their father when he is away?" In October 2022, Fox's risqué Halloween costume post received criticism from a social media troll who sarcastically remarked, "Despite her wealth, she seems unable to afford a razor. Consequently, she has now been removed from my list." The comment was in reference to the small tattoo on her pelvis which was exposed due to the revealing high-slit in her Zelda costume.

“Are you mistakenly referring to my tattoo?” she fired back, per Page Six. “Either way I’m devastated to be off your list. Was hoping you’d wife me.”

On Promoting Friend's GoFundMe

"Hey everyone. Have any of you considered that maybe Brit doesn't want her celebrity clients to donate large sums of money to her? It can create an uncomfortable dynamic in her working relationships," she wrote on Instagram Stories in July 2023. "Instead, she asked me to share the gofundme so that many people can donate small amounts of money to help them reach their goal."

Fox also added: "I respected her request and will continue to support her privately. Accusing me of being selfish or lacking generosity is not valid. So feel free to try again another day (maybe tomorrow!) with some different nonsense, you bunch of psychos."
