Hunter Deno as Amelia Jones

Hunter Deno reprises her role as Amelia Jones in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, this time as the Red Ranger. Previously known as the Pink Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Fury's first two seasons, Amelia's character arc took an exciting turn in the season 2 finale. It was revealed that Amelia is actually an alien from the planet Rafkon and the daughter of Void Queen and Void Knight. This storyline setup hinted at a more prominent role for Amelia in Cosmic Fury. Additionally, the former Red Ranger Zayto will now assume the mantle of the Zenith Ranger, making Amelia the first female Red Ranger to lead a team for an entire season in Power Rangers history.

Russell Curry will reprise his role as Zayto in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. Zayto previously served as the Red Ranger and team leader in Power Rangers Dino Fury. He held the distinction of being the oldest member of the team by millions of years. Towards the end of Dino Fury, the Red Ranger underwent significant changes, including his demise. However, the character was later resurrected by the Morphin Masters. As the series transitions to Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, Russell Curry's Zayto will resume his role as the Red Ranger but is expected to transform into the Zenith Ranger at some point.

In Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, David Yost reprises his role as Billy, who is also known as the Blue Ranger. This marks his return to the franchise after his previous appearance in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, which came after Power Rangers Zeo. However, Cosmic Fury is particularly noteworthy as it is the first Power Rangers series in which Yost stars since Zeo. Ryan Carter as Heckyl

Ryan Carter, known for his role as Heckyl in Power Rangers Dino Charge and Power Rangers Super Dino Charge, portrayed a multifaceted antagonist. Surprisingly, Heckyl managed to liberate himself from the grip of the Dark Energem and ultimately forged a friendship with the Power Rangers. In the original Super Sentai series, Carter's counterpart character actually becomes a Ranger; however, this Dark Ranger incarnation never made an appearance in any Power Rangers show. With the introduction of Cosmic Fury, this will finally change as Heckyl embraces the role of the Dark Ranger. It is worth noting that Dino Charge exists in a distinct continuity separate from other Power Rangers seasons, including Dino Fury and Cosmic Fury.

Kai Moya as Ollie Akana

Kai Moya, the actor who portrayed Ollie Akana in seasons 1 and 2 of Dino Fury, will be reprising his role in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. Ollie, known for his exceptional intellect, is constantly inventing new gadgets to assist the Power Rangers. Towards the end of Dino Fury season 2, Ollie found love with Amelia, shortly after breaking free from Lord Zedd's control. The Power Rangers Cosmic Fury trailers strongly suggest that Ollie may once again succumb to evil, which is not surprising considering Lord Zedd's return in Cosmic Fury.

Tessa Rao as Izzy Garcia

Izzy Garcia, portrayed by Tessa Rao, is reprising her role as the Cosmic Fury Green Ranger. Tessa Rao's character, Izzy, made her debut a few episodes into Dino Fury and joined an already-established team of Rangers, which consisted of Zayto, Amelia, and Ollie. Izzy is the first female Green Ranger in Power Rangers, as well as the first openly LGBTQ+ character in the franchise's television series. As the youngest member of the team, she was preparing to attend college as Dino Fury came to a close. However, with the Rangers now embarking on a cosmic adventure to confront Lord Zedd in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, Izzy's plans are destined to change.

Jordon Fite as Aiyon

Jordon Fite portrayed Aiyon, the sixth Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Fury. However, in the Cosmic Fury series, the Gold Ranger no longer fits the traditional definition of a "sixth Ranger" in the Power Rangers universe. Aiyon, played by Jordon Fite, had been cryogenically frozen for millions of years, making him technically older than the majority of his teammates, including Zayto. While Aiyon's morpher and costume design were distinctive in Dino Fury, he will now wield the same type of Power Rangers morpher as the rest of the team.

Chance Perez as Javi Garcia

Chance Perez reprises his role as Javi in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, a character he originally portrayed in Dino Fury. Javi Garcia is the sibling of Izzy Garcia, and together they join the Power Rangers later in the storyline. In addition to acting, Chance Perez is also a talented singer, a trait that has been incorporated into Javi's character development. Interestingly, the Cosmic Fury Black Ranger is depicted as a musician, despite facing initial disapproval from his father. Notably, Javi is consistently presented with a metal arm in all of the Cosmic Fury promotional materials, indicating that the Black Ranger will endure the loss of his right arm at some point.

Jacqueline Joe as Fern

Jacqueline Joe, known for her role as Fern in Power Rangers Dino Fury, initially appeared as a supporting character in a few episodes. However, in the upcoming Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, Fern has now transitioned into a prominent member of the main cast. During Dino Fury season 1, Fern and Izzy formed a romantic relationship, and Fern eventually discovered Izzy's secret identity as a Ranger. Exciting promotional images for Cosmic Fury confirmed that Fern will be the first Orange Ranger in the history of Power Rangers. While Orange Rangers have been depicted in alternate universes in the comics and briefly showcased in a comedic segment in S.P.D., this will be the first time an actual Orange Ranger is featured in the Power Rangers series.

Power Rangers Cosmic Fury Supporting Cast

Kelson Henderson returns as Mick Kanic in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. Mick, a recurring character in Power Rangers Ninja Steel and Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, provided comic relief while also being a trusted friend of the Power Rangers. Notably, Mick made a special appearance in Power Rangers Dino Fury. It is interesting to note that Kelson Henderson has portrayed numerous Power Rangers characters over the years, both through voice roles and other appearances. Henderson's involvement with Power Rangers began in Dino Thunder in 2004 and has extended all the way to Power Rangers Cosmic Fury.

Returning after a hiatus of over 20 years, the renowned antagonist Lord Zedd, voiced by Fred Tatasciore, makes a comeback in Cosmic Fury. This captivating character last graced the Power Rangers series in Power Rangers Dino Fury.

Shavaughn Ruakere portrays the character of Dr. Lani Akana, who is both Ollie's mother and a close ally of the Power Rangers. Dr. Akana first made her appearance in both seasons 1 and 2 of Dino Fury.

Josephine Davison lends her voice to the character Solon, who serves as the mentor for the Power Rangers in both Dino Fury and Cosmic Fury. Solon hails from the planet Rakfon and is a remarkable dinosaur cyborg.
