became the first grandchild for the Hilton family. Then, their son Barron Hilton and his wife Tessa welcomed their first child, a son named Teddy, in 2020. It seems the Hilton family is growing quickly with the arrival of each new grandchild.
The fashion designer and Rothschild tied the knot in 2015 and later welcomed daughter Teddy in December 2017, followed by a baby boy in July 2022. Rick and Kathy also have sons Barron Hilton II and Conrad Hilton, and daughter Paris Hilton. Barron and his wife Tessa Hilton (née Gräfin von Walderdorff) have two children, daughter Milou born in March 2020, and son Caspian born in September 2022.
Paris had openly expressed her wish to become a mother before giving birth to her son with Carter Reum in January 2023. Her siblings were confident that she would be a wonderful mom based on her caring nature towards her dogs. Nicky had anticipated a new baby's arrival soon and believed that motherhood was something Paris had desired for a long time.

The Hilton Family’s Next Generation: Get to Know Paris, Nicky and Barron’s Children in Photos
Kathy Hilton and husband Rick Hilton’s brood has gotten larger since their children began welcoming babies.
Nicky Hilton and husband James Rothschild welcomed their first child, daughter Lily-Grace, in July 2016. They later added to their family with daughters Teddy and a baby boy, born in December 2017 and July 2022.
Rick and Kathy share their sons Barron Hilton II and Conrad Hilton, as well as their daughter Paris Hilton. Barron and his wife Tessa welcomed their daughter Milou in March 2020 and their son Caspian in September 2022. Meanwhile, Paris openly expressed her desire to become a mother before giving birth to her son with Carter Reum in January 2023, and her siblings always knew she would be a great one.
Nicky had previously expressed her belief that Paris will make a wonderful mother based on how she cares for her dogs. She speculated that a new baby could arrive soon and emphasized that Paris has desired motherhood for some time. Paris welcomed her first child, a son via surrogate in January 2023 and later welcomed a daughter with her husband, Carter Reum.

In December 2017, Lily-Grace gained a younger sibling, and the model was looking forward to seeing her daughters develop a close bond like the one she shares with Paris.
“I'd be happy with either [a boy or a girl] but having a sister is so special. With a sister, you have a lifelong best friend,” Nicky shared with Us magazine a month before. “But having a boy would be really adorable too. I'm excited no matter what.”

Caspian Barron Hilton
Barron and Tessa opted to choose a strong moniker for their son. Caspian means strength and expansion.
“We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our son,” the couple, who got married in June 2018, informed Us in a statement following Caspian’s birth. “Milou is eagerly looking forward to becoming a big sister!”

Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum
Paris and Reum chose to give their baby boy a special middle name as a tribute to the socialite’s late grandfather, Barron Hilton.
"He was my mentor and I deeply admired him. We were very close, and I miss him every day," Paris expressed on a February 2023 episode of her iHeartRadio podcast. "I wanted to honor him by including his name in my first son's name."

London Reum
Paris surprised fans on Thanksgiving in 2023 by revealing that she and Carter had welcomed their second child, a daughter named London.
“Thankful for my baby girl,” Paris shared via Instagram at the time.
