Gora Dam

Players can locate an improved vest in C-5 at Gora Dam by searching the rear of an open cargo truck. To find the cargo truck, head to the northwest section of the road passing by the bomb bunker. Climb into the back of the truck and obtain the plate carrier upgrade.

In H-4, players can discover the second plate carrier upgrade in a separate truck. Explore the parking lot north of the expansive building in H-5 to spot a white cargo truck. Along with two weapon supply crates, the vest upgrade can be found in the rear of the truck.
