In order to unlock the ability to perform Air Assassinations in Assassin's Creed Mirage, players must first complete the A New Beginning and Taking Flight Main Quests.

A New Beginning

In the second quest, Roshan guides Basim to the Hidden Ones' hideout, where he gains knowledge about the Brotherhood and undergoes training under their guidance.

The quest commences with Roshan requesting Basim to execute a Leap of Faith, but Basim disappoints his mentor with his performance. Subsequently, Roshan instructs the protagonist to meet Fuladh, who reveals that Rebekah requires leather strips. As a result, Basim is entrusted with the task of retrieving the item from the store room.

As the story progresses, players see Rebekah hand Basim his own sword and dagger during a cutscene, which is followed by a combat tutorial by Roshan.

The next chapter of the adventure commences as the main character embarks on a smaller mission alongside Nur. After their return, they meet up with Rayhan to provide a comprehensive account of the activities carried out by the Mercenaries from Baghdad. Upon hearing about the incident, Rayhan assigns Nur the task of investigating the matter further in Baghdad. Following this enthralling sequence, a captivating cutscene unfolds, showcasing Basim's transformation and growth as a member of the Hidden Ones, ultimately leading to his ultimate integration into their ranks.

Taking Flight

As the quest commences, Basim receives a valuable tool from Al-Hasan. He then proceeds towards the entrance of the cave, where he encounters Fuladh and their companions. In preparation for the initiation, Basim joins their ranks. In the ensuing cutscene, players witness him donning the Hidden Blade bestowed upon him by Al-Hasan. This crucial moment marks Basim's transformation into an Assassin, bound by an unyielding pledge to protect the Brotherhood's principles.

After a short altercation with Roshan, Basim returns to Baghdad, signaling the end of the prologue. This pivotal moment grants players the freedom to explore boundlessly and harness an incredibly advantageous assassination maneuver.

Performing an Air Assassination

Performing an Air Assassination becomes quite effortless once players have acquired the Hidden Blade. To execute this move smoothly, adhere to the following straightforward instructions:

Find an upper ground above a targeted enemy

As Basim looks down at the enemy, a prompt to Air Assassinate will appear on the screen

Click the designated button and execute an Air Assassination.
