Steven Tyler is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 1975, We can confirm.

Jeanne Bellino, a 66-year-old woman, has recently filed a lawsuit against Steven 'Tyler' Tallarico, the Aerosmith singer. The lawsuit alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Tallarico in 1975 when she was approximately 17 years old. Bellino's lawyer, Jeff Anderson, stated that she had suffered silently and experienced immense shame for many years. However, she now possesses the courage to share her story, hoping to empower Latina women and girls to speak up and fight against such abuses.

Bellino encountered Tyler after a modeling job in New York City in 1975, as stated in court records obtained by Us. Bellino mentioned that she was waiting for a friend, who had agreed to share a cab home to Queens, New York after the runway show. However, her friend expressed a desire to meet up with Aerosmith at the Warwick Hotel before leaving Manhattan.

"The plaintiff and her friend crossed paths with Tyler and his group and all of them strolled down 6th Avenue in Manhattan, accompanied by about half a dozen individuals who seemed to be bandmates and associates of Aerosmith," states the documents. It is claimed that after Bellino made a remark about one of Tyler's song lyrics, he allegedly displayed visible irritation and subsequently "seized" her, forcing her into a telephone booth.

The singer known as "Walk This Way" reportedly kept Bellino in the booth against her will and made unwanted sexual advances, including kissing her forcefully, touching her body and removing her clothing, and pressing her against the wall of the phone booth.

According to the documents, Bellino described Tyler pretending to have sexual intercourse with her, while others laughed outside the booth. She asserted that Tyler forcibly kissed her without her consent and claimed that he was sexually aroused, as she could feel his erect penis rubbing against her while he was not wearing underwear and had thin pants on.

In her account, she describes her attempt to fend off the musician by clutching onto his "Tyler’s long hair" and bringing her knee up, but he abruptly halted and left the booth. Although she was left in a state of "shock and fear," she composed herself and tidied her garments without immediately departing the vicinity.

Instead, Bellino clarified that she chose to continue walking with her friend, Tyler, and the rest of the group because she relied on him for transportation. In the legal filing, she asserted that after they arrived at the Warwick Hotel, Tyler once again imposed himself on her.

According to her allegations, Steven Tyler forcibly pushed her against a wall, forcibly kissed her, and simulated sexual acts. Bellino claimed that Tyler assaulted her while others looked on. In response, she resisted, pulling his hair. Tyler allegedly whispered in her ear, "I'm going to my room to take care of something quickly."

Bellino was crying and scared as she sat in the hotel lobby. Shortly after, one of Tyler’s colleagues instructed her, "You can go up to his room." In response, Bellino defiantly shook her head and quickly ran towards the door, where the doorman assisted her in hailing a taxi.

After many years, Bellino alleges that Tyler caused her physical, emotional, and psychological harm, as well as pain and suffering. As a result, she is seeking the court's judgment for a fair and full compensation for her injuries and damages, along with any other relief that the Court considers appropriate.

This is the second instance of Tyler facing a sexual assault allegation in less than a year. The singer of the song "Dream On" was accused of sexual assault in December 2022 by Julia Misley. She claimed that when she was only 16 years old in 1973, she entered into a sexual relationship with Tyler.

In her lawsuit, Holcomb claimed that the rockstar also coerced her into undergoing an abortion. Tyler, on the other hand, refuted these accusations in his own filing in April. He argued that Misley, now 65, had given consent to their sexual relationship. Additionally, he asserted that he had qualified immunity at the time since he was Misley's legal guardian for a brief period, as stated in documents obtained by Us.

Tyler asked that Misley’s case be dismissed entirely because she allegedly “has not suffered any injury or damage” as a result of his actions.
