Lala Kent suggested that Tom Sandoval may be repairing his relationships with the cast of Vanderpump Rules during a trip to Tahoe. In an Instagram video on Tuesday, July 18, Lala, 32, mentioned that everyone on the trip was coupled up, including Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, Brock Davies and Scheana Shay, and James Kennedy and Ally Lewber. She jokingly referred to herself as the MILF and expressed her approval of the situation.

In Los Angeles, Katie Maloney documented her night out at SUR with author Colleen Hoover and Stassi Schroeder, while Ariana Madix did not appear to be part of the group getaway. The cast has been providing glimpses into the filming of season 11, including Scheana, who was recently seen confronting Sandoval about his cheating scandal with Raquel Leviss in the back alley of SUR.

In March, it was confirmed that Sandoval and Ariana had ended their nearly decade-long relationship because of Sandoval's unfaithfulness. Following this, the co-owner of TomTom, along with Raquel, 28, individually apologized to Ariana, 38. Scheana, two months later, expressed her thoughts on how filming could be approached while Raquel and Sandoval experienced tensions within their circle of friends.

"I have had to imagine [us filming together], as that is part of the nature of the game. However, I cannot imagine the kind of occasion it would be for. It would have to be an event hosted by Lisa Vanderpump," she explained to Us in May. "Because they certainly aren't being invited to any birthday parties, that's for sure."

Ariana, on the other hand, made it clear that she had no intention of reuniting with Sandoval and Raquel on screen. "No. I have nothing to say to either of them," she told The New York Times in the same month when asked if she was open to filming with the duo for season 11. "Our show portrays a genuine group of friends, and neither of them are part of that group, so good luck."

Raquel voluntarily checked herself into a mental health facility after filming the season 10 reunion. In an April statement, her representative clarified that she was not seeking help for substance abuse issues but rather for mental health counseling. Prior to the discovery of her relationship, Raquel and her family had already made the decision for her to seek professional help. Despite initially planning to admit herself before the VPR reunion, she chose to fulfill her filming commitment first. Bravo and the production team were aware of her decision and fully supportive of her pursuit of improved mental well-being.

One month later, Vanderpump Rules viewers were taken aback when Raquel provided an unexpected update concerning the timeline of her relationship with Sandoval.

"I understand why Tom felt the need to keep it a secret; it's a terrible situation to be involved with someone's partner in their own home while they're away. And to top it off, it was during a funeral," Leviss revealed on the show, referring to her and Sandoval's hookup in September 2022. "I can't deny that this has deeply affected me. I am exhausted from constantly lying, I despise it. Deception is truly dreadful."

When asked about Raquel's handling of the attention following their affair, Sandoval responded to TMZ on July 12, saying, "You would have to inquire with her."
