Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.
Kardashian, 44, gave birth recently in Los Angeles, People and TMZ reported on Saturday, November 4.
Barker recently announced that his wife is due to give birth either around Halloween or during the first week of November. He revealed that he and Kardashian have chosen the name Rocky Thirteen, an idea he suggested back in July. During an interview for Complex’s "GOAT Talk" video series, Barker explained that he liked the name because of its connection to Rocky George, the guitarist for Suicidal Tendencies. He also mentioned that the number 13 holds special significance for him. Additionally, the name Rocky could be a reference to the acclaimed boxing film from 1976, which Barker considers to be the greatest of all time.
In June, Kardashian made an announcement about her pregnancy with Barker during a Blink-182 concert. She held up a handwritten sign that said, "Travis, I'm pregnant." Later that month, the couple confirmed that they were expecting a baby boy.
Kardashian is also a parent to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, whom she shares with her former partner Scott Disick. Barker, on the other hand, has a son named Landon, 20, and a daughter named Alabama, 17, from his previous marriage with Shanna Moakler. During his time with Moakler, who he was married to from 2004 to 2008, Barker also became a father figure to his ex-wife's daughter, Atiana, 24, who is shared with Oscar De La Hoya.

During this momentous occasion, an unnamed source revealed to We that Disick was making efforts to be supportive of the mother of his children.
"Scott acknowledges that Kourtney has long desired this outcome, and despite mixed emotions, he reached out to offer his congratulations to her and Travis," revealed an insider in June. "Although he wishes their relationship could have endured, ultimately, his only desire is for Kourtney's happiness."
The source further disclosed that Disick was still adapting to his changed circumstances involving Kardashian. They added, "Scott has made significant progress since Kourtney and Travis initially began dating. It was a challenging realization for him to accept, and it took considerable time to reach this point."
Another insider added that Barker's former spouse, Shanna, is equally joyous about the couple's relationship and shared, "Shanna is genuinely delighted for Travis and Kourtney. She believes they will be exceptional parents to their future child." The duo, Kardashian and Barker, had openly discussed their endeavors to have children, but they recently declared on The Kardashians that they had concluded their arduous IVF journey.
During the season 3 premiere in May, Kardashian expressed her deep desire for a baby, stating, "I would love a baby more than anything, but I truly believe in the plans that God has in store for us. If that includes a baby, then I have faith that it will happen."
Kardashian has admitted to feeling pressure to undergo egg freezing in the past. However, she clarifies that the process is not a guarantee, contrary to popular belief. Many individuals view it as a safety net, only to discover that most of the eggs do not survive the thawing process and fail to develop into embryos. Kardashian explains that the impact on her health is not limited to hormonal changes, but also takes a toll on her mental well-being. Despite these challenges, she recognizes the importance of finding happiness and being a devoted parent to her children. Embracing the philosophy that destiny will unfold as it should, she remains optimistic about the future.

Before her fourth child’s arrival, Kardashian revealed that she was rushed to the hospital.
Expressing deep gratitude, she wrote on Instagram in September that she would be eternally thankful to her incredible doctors, whose exceptional efforts saved her baby's life. She also expressed immense appreciation for her husband, who promptly left his tour to support her in the hospital and care for her afterward, referring to him as her rock. She extended her gratitude to her mother for providing constant support throughout the ordeal. Reflecting on her previous uncomplicated pregnancies, she confessed that she hadn't anticipated the fear and urgency of fetal surgery. Acknowledging that those who haven't experienced a similar situation might struggle to comprehend the intense fear she felt, she expressed admiration for mothers who have fought for their babies during pregnancy. With immense gratitude to God, she celebrated the true blessing of leaving the hospital, knowing that her baby boy was safe within her womb.
