Andy reminded Tom of the time when he advised Jax to move out after he cheated on Brittany with Faith Stowers during season 6 of Vanderpump Rules.
In response, Sandoval explained that his reaction would have been different if they were living in a larger space, but since it was just a one bedroom apartment, it influenced his perspective.
Ariana and Sandoval’s Cluttered House
Throughout season 11 of Bravo's show, viewers noticed that Ariana and Sandoval's home appeared messy. Surprisingly, this topic was not discussed during the reunion show. Host Andy Cohen did ask them about it in a clip that was not aired.
Ariana mentioned that she was going through a purging phase, so she was taking out everything from their shared home. She felt that when she eventually moves out, she probably wouldn't take those clothes with her.
Sandoval, on the other hand, claimed that he wasn't messy. However, he did acknowledge that his passion sometimes led to things being out of order at his home, which is why he decided to hire a cleaner.

Lala Explains Why She Questioned Ariana’s Boyfriend
Lala recently explained why she questioned Ariana’s boyfriend during a conversation. She shared that she was simply looking out for her friend and wanted to make sure that Ariana was being treated well. Lala emphasized that her intentions were coming from a place of care and concern for Ariana’s happiness.
Lala initially expressed concern about how quickly Ariana found love with Dan after her split from Sandoval during the season. The tension escalated when Lala started yelling about Ariana moving on with Dan just "10 days after" her high-profile breakup.
However, Lala seems to have had a change of heart. In a previously unaired clip, she praised Ariana's man, saying, "Dan has been nothing but lovely every time I have seen him. He acknowledges my kid through the DM. If I post something of Ocean, he is like, ‘Oh my God, that is so cute.’ That means a lot to me. He doesn’t know me and he doesn’t have to acknowledge anything I do."
The Pump Rent
During a discussion about LVP’s restaurant closing, Lisa mentioned that Pump was closed due to a raise in rent. Despite the landlord denying Lisa’s claims, Andy observed that the space remains unoccupied, suggesting that Lisa may be correct.

"When everything happened, I obviously took a step away and our other partner had an issue with filming. He didn’t want anybody filming,” Sandoval explained about the establishment he shares with Schwartz and Greg Morris. “We are in a much better place. We are probably in the best place we have ever been. It has been a f—king road to get there."
Schwartz invited the cast to an after party at Schwartz and Sandy's. Katie joked to Ariana that she'd prefer to cut her cuticles than attend, which led to a humorous misunderstanding with Lala thinking Katie said she'd rather "trim her p—sy hair."
During their conversation, Sandoval mentioned that he was welcomed back to Schwartz and Sandy's after being asked to stay away following his cheating scandal. However, he still hasn't been able to repay his mother for investing in his business.
“She’s at peace with that,” he noted. “We are going to get there.”

Lisa then chimed in, mentioning that Penny believed she would become a partner in the business. Lisa recalled introducing Penny to Ariana and Katie, expressing some regret if Penny ended up feeling hurt. Lisa had spoken to Penny and gathered that Penny had envisioned building a brand with them, but something went wrong. The situation had now escalated to involving lawyers.
