Kate Hudson and her brother Oliver Hudson discussed their opinions on botox and skincare on the March 25 episode of their podcast, "Sibling Revelry With Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson."

Kate and Oliver expressed their desire to get rid of the sun spots they have developed since childhood, growing up in sunny Los Angeles.

Kate, 44, shared her plan to zap every spot on her face before performing in a show.

Oliver, who is 47 years old, shared his plans to see plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond to refresh his skin.

He mentioned that his skin has been damaged by sun exposure while growing up in California, where they were not aware of the risks. Oliver also mentioned that he intends to try PRP, commonly referred to as a “vampire facial,” to rejuvenate his skin using his own blood.

Oliver shared his thoughts on cosmetic procedures during their skincare conversation.

He mentioned that it's no longer considered taboo. Many people, including actors, actresses, and musicians, have undergone procedures to maintain their appearance.

Kate agreed, adding, “I’d be shocked to know which one hasn’t.”

Oliver went on to state that he also plans to do some upkeep of his own at his next doctor’s appointment.

He jokingly said, "I'm getting botox. What are you going to do about it? Nothing. And I'll still look great. I'm still going to be a man."

Kate and Oliver started their podcast in 2019, and it's now in its fourth season.

In a CNN interview from April 2023, Kate shared that being open has contributed to the success of their podcast. "We both feel okay being vulnerable and discussing our insecurities," she explained. Kate believes that sharing insecurities and vulnerabilities can actually be a sign of strength.
