Throughout the series, each of the protagonists in Jujutsu Kaisen has faced their fair share of battles, with some ending in success and others not going as well. One man's fight record, in particular, stands out among the main faces of the series - Gojo Satoru.
With his impressive credentials, it might be assumed that he would have a flawless track record in fights. However, this is not the case. In fact, there are 3 sorcerers from Jujutsu Kaisen who have outperformed him in this aspect - Yuta Okkotsu, Kinji Hakari, and Maki Zenin.
Jujutsu Kaisen: W/L records see Gojo surpassed by students
User @mainmajin recently took the lead in creating a comprehensive list detailing the wins, losses, and win percentages of each character from Jujutsu Kaisen. Surprisingly, the top spot does not belong to Gojo as expected, but rather to three others: Yuta, Hakari, and Maki, all students from Jujutsu High. Yuta and Hakari maintain undefeated records, while Maki's losses have played a key role in shaping her into the formidable sorcerer she is today.
Yuta Okkotsu (Win/Loss) - 7/0

Yuta Okkotsu, a timid boy initially, was mentored by Gojo and supported by Maki, Panda, and Inumaki, helping him overcome his fear of the Curse and transform into one of the strongest modern-day sorcerers. With a perfect record, he has defeated formidable opponents like Suguru Geto, Takaka Uro, Ryu Ishigori, Yuji Itadori, and Choso, showcasing his impressive abilities.
So far, he remains undefeated, but that could change in the future.
Kinji Hakari (W/L) - 2/0

Scheduled to make his anime debut, Kinji Hakari is a third-year student at Jujutsu High and is currently serving a suspension. He is renowned as one of the most formidable students at the sorcerer school. His technique, while intricate and contemporary, grants him a significant edge which he wields with great skill.
Maki Zenin (W/L) - 9/2
Similar to Yuta, Hakari has maintained an undefeated record. His victories have taken place during the Culling Games, where he emerged victorious against Charles Bernard (a sorcerer of the present day) and Hajime Kashimo (a reincarnated sorcerer). The intense battle between Hakari and Kashimo is widely regarded as one of the series' most compelling and effectively showcases Hakari's Cursed Technique.

Deprived of Cursed Energy from birth, Maki Zenin was driven to depart from her clan as a result of the mistreatment she endured. Determined to defy her family, she set out to become a formidable sorcerer. Maki stands as one of the Jujutsu Kaisen characters who experienced significant personal growth.
Gojo Satoru (W/L) - 7/2
Maki's record, while not flawless, is undeniably impressive. The only defeats she has suffered were at the hands of Geto and her father, Ogi Zenin. It is worth noting that at the time, Geto was nearly as powerful as Gojo, making Maki's chance of victory slim, yet she still put up a formidable fight. Her confrontation with Ogi was a crucial step in her journey to "rebirth," allowing her to unlock the full potential of her Heavenly Restriction.

As the Honoured One in Jujutsu Kaisen, Gojo Satoru carries the weight of great expectations from both Heaven and Earth. While he has proven himself to be a formidable force, it's important to remember that even the strongest among us have their own vulnerabilities and need time to fully live up to their title.
Gojo's only defeats in the series were at the hands of Toji Fushiguro and Ryomen Sukuna. Toji was the only one able to penetrate his Infinity and deliver a deadly blow. However, this encounter served to awaken Gojo's full power, and he quickly dispatched the Sorcerer Killer.
The battle between Gojo and Sukuna is widely considered the most anticipated and exciting fight in Jujutsu Kaisen. The clash between the strongest sorcerer and the demon king was a thrilling spectacle in the manga, and fans eagerly await its animated adaptation. This ultimately proved to be Gojo's final battle, as he was defeated and killed. Nevertheless, many speculate that he may return for a potential Round 2.
Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am thrilled to see the rising stars of the series, Yuta, Hakari, and Maki, outshine even the legendary Gojo in terms of win-loss records. It's refreshing to witness the growth and development of these characters, who have overcome significant challenges and emerged as formidable sorcerers in their own right.
Yuta's journey from a timid boy to an undefeated sorcerer is particularly inspiring. His ability to overcome his fears and embrace his power is a testament to his strength and determination. Hakari's unique Cursed Technique and impressive victories in the Culling Games showcase his immense potential, while Maki's unwavering determination to defy her family's expectations and become a powerful sorcerer is truly remarkable.
