The text in the original chapter clearly refers to "Mahoraga's adaptation," which is Malevolent Shrine's Domain Expansion by Sukuna. Mahoraga's ability to adapt to any technique is what piqued the villain's interest in Megumi, leading to a plot to take over Megumi's body in order to use Mahoraga against Gojo. Another notable error in the manga was recently corrected in Chapter 221, where Gojo's iconic quote before the battle of the strongest was originally written as "Nah, I'd win," but was later edited to the official version, "No."
Despite the efforts to fix all the errors, some still remain. A user pointed out the issue by tagging Viz Media and stating, "You have people turning to fan translations because of his translations. That’s a missed opportunity for revenue. You could make more money by changing translators."
