In anticipation of the release of Jujutsu Kaisen volume 25 on January 4, 2024, Shonen Jump's official YouTube channel unveiled a new promotional video to showcase the latest compiled volume of the manga.
The video emphasized the epic showdown between Satoru Gojo and Ryomen Sukuna, portraying it as the "Strongest vs Strongest" Final Battle. As a result, both characters were hyped up in the video. However, what caught the attention of fans was a brief segment during Gojo's part that mentioned "full resurrection."
Fans of the series are aware that Satoru Gojo loses a fight against Ryomen Sukuna and is sent to the afterlife. Many fans doubted his death, believing that the manga hinted at Buddhist elements suggesting a possible return to life for Gojo.
While there was little concrete evidence to support this theory, a new promotional video appears to provide a significant hint about Gojo's potential resurrection, giving fans renewed hope.
Many enthusiasts contributed to the theory, with one pointing out the discrepancy between the words used in the promotional video and those used when Gojo was unsealed. This suggested that "full resurrection" could be a clue to something new.

However, many fans were doubtful about the theories, particularly regarding the use of the term "full resurrection" in reference to Ryomen Sukuna. While it is true that the King of Curses has begun the process of reverting to his original form from the Heian period, there seems to be no clear explanation for why this term was mentioned during Gojo's part in the promotional video.
As a result, fans have been left puzzled by the significance of the "full resurrection" phrase and can only hope that Jujutsu Kaisen manga creator Gege Akutami will provide some clues about the resurrection in future chapters of the manga.

It's important to note that Gege Akutami conveyed a message to fans during Jump Festa 2024, in which he mentioned that it could potentially be the final appearance of the series at Jump Festa while the manga is still ongoing.
That was a clear indication that the Jujutsu Kaisen manga is ending soon. Therefore, if Gege Akutami does want to resurrect Gojo, he may have to do it sooner rather than later.
Editor's P/S
As a passionate fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am thrilled about the latest promotional video for volume 25, which hints at the possible comeback of Satoru Gojo. Gojo is one of the most beloved characters in the series, and his absence has left a void in the story. The video's brief mention of "full resurrection" has sparked excitement and speculation among fans, and I can't wait to see if Gege Akutami will bring Gojo back to life.
However, I also understand that the manga is nearing its end, as indicated by Gege Akutami's message at Jump Festa 2024. If Akutami does plan to resurrect Gojo, he will need to do so soon to give the character a proper send-off. I trust Akutami's storytelling abilities and believe he will find a way to wrap up the series in a satisfying way, whether or not Gojo returns.
