The official website of Go! Go! Loser Ranger! released a new promotional video on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The video included an extra 45 seconds of footage and unveiled the voice cast for the Divine Dragon Rangers, with Yūichi Nakamura, known for his role as Gojo in Jujutsu Kaisen, leading the cast.

Go! Go! Loser Ranger! is a Japanese manga series written by Negi Haruba. It first appeared in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine in February 2021 and has since been compiled into eleven tankōbon volumes. Yostar Pictures is producing an anime adaptation of the manga, which is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

Go Inoue has been chosen to lend his voice to the character Blue Keeper. Notably, Inoue has previously provided his voice for Satoshi Tsuchida in Kuroko's Basketball, Hero Killer Stain in My Hero Academia, and Keith Goodman/Sky High in Tiger & Bunny.

Yellow Keeper will be voiced by Kensho Ono, known for his previous roles as Ryūnosuke Akutagawa in Bungo Stray Dogs, Tetsuya Kuroko in Kuroko's Basketball, and Yuri Briar in Spy X Family.

M.A.O has been chosen to voice Pink Keeper, having previously lent her voice to characters such as Iris in Fire Force, Remi Ayasaki in Horimiya, and Shion in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
