Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen around the world are greatly appreciating the animation of the Yuji vs Choso fight. However, it appears that the voice actor for Yuji is not entirely pleased with his role in the upcoming episodes. Here's what he has to say about it.
Choso immediately launches an attack on Yuji, driven by a personal vendetta. Though Yuji possesses strength, he is no match for Choso's formidable Blood Manipulation technique derived from the Kamo Clan's innate abilities.
In a surprising turn of events, as the intense battle concludes, Choso experiences a fabricated memory of his brothers united in camaraderie, with Yuji among them. Following the confrontation, Yuji loses consciousness, setting the stage for the malicious scheme of the twins, Mimiko and Nanako. Note: This contains major spoilers!
Yuji’s VA is unhappy about his role in the upcoming episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen
With the anticipation building among Jujutsu Kaisen fans as they witness the exhilarating animated portrayal of one of the most captivating fights of the year, Junya Enoki, the voice actor for Yuji, expresses his thoughts. He reveals, "Once Itadori loses consciousness, Nanako and Mimiko make their appearance. I am intrigued to see how they will impact his journey. However, amidst the unfolding events, Sukuna unexpectedly emerges, leaving me feeling a tinge of sadness as I realize that my character will temporarily be absent from the action (laughs)."
Mimiko and Nanako, with the assistance of Jogo, plan to feed Yuji ten of Sukuna's fingers. The twins seek Sukuna's assistance in defeating Pseudo-Geto, while Jogo hopes to gain the King of Curses as an ally. Unfortunately, Yuji will struggle to control the overwhelming power that will be forced upon him all at once. With a total of 15 fingers, he will be unable to restrain Sukuna.
Regrettably, as the King of Curses seizes control of Yuji's body, he unleashes unimaginable devastation upon Shibuya. Sukuna wreaks havoc and mercilessly slays numerous innocent individuals. Naturally, during Sukuna's reign, Yuji will be absent from our sight for some time.
Due to the distinct vocal performances of Yuji and Sukuna, Junya Enoki will not have a role in the upcoming episodes. Nevertheless, his return as Yuji is bound to leave a lasting impression, as images of his voice acting have already gone viral. He skillfully captured the heart-wrenching breakdown of our beloved protagonist, even going as far as imitating Yuji's genuflection from the manga, ensuring the utmost emotional impact.
