Jujutsu Kaisen's Dagon gets voiced by All Might's voice actor

Just caught up on the latest episode of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 (episode 14) and wow, what an epic fight between Mei Mei, Ui Ui, and the Small Pox deity! But the real excitement for me was seeing Dagon finally make his appearance. And guess what? His voice actor is none other than the talented Kenta Miyake! #JujutsuKaisen #DagonIsHere #VoiceActorCrush

Kenta Miyake is well-known in the world of anime and manga, having lent his voice to numerous beloved characters. Some notable roles include All Might from My Hero Academia, Rak Wraithraiser from Tower of God, and Takaoka from Assassination Classroom. However, his most memorable roles are undoubtedly All Might and Mohammad Avdol from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3.

In episode 14, the long-awaited battle between Mei Mei and the Special-grade small-pox deity finally took place. Viewers were shown how Mei Mei achieved the impressive rank of Grade 1 despite her seemingly unimpressive cursed technique. Additionally, the episode provided an explanation of the inner workings of the small-pox deity's domain expansion, revealing that only Satoru Gojo possessed the ability to withstand Mei Mei's cursed technique to its full extent.

The latter part of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 14 focused on the confrontation between Dagon, Nanami, Naobito Zen'in, and Maki. The fight initially showed significant dominance from Nanami, Naobito, and Maki, as they unleashed a relentless attack on Dagon. However, the tide of battle quickly turned when Dagon activated his Domain Expansion.

Nanami and Naobito were overwhelmed by Dagon's powerful domain expansion. Nanami suffered a severe injury, losing an eye, while Naobito lost his entire arm. Amidst the intense battle, Megumi cunningly infiltrated the domain from the outside, delivering the Playful Cloud cursed tool to Maki. Although Dagon had the upper hand, Megumi devised a strategy to break free from the domain's confines and encircle Dagon.

Final thoughts

Nanami promptly instructed Maki and Naobito to gather around Megumi, since the latter was responsible for creating an opening in the barrier for their escape. However, it was undeniable that episode 14 of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 concluded with one of the most exhilarating moments in the entire anime. The episode concluded with the dramatic entrance of Toji Zenin into the domain.

Kenta Miyake's inclusion in the Jujutsu Kaisen cast was warmly received by fans of the series. The episode offered a thrilling spectacle with a well-balanced confrontation between Dagon and the Jujutsu Sorcerers.

In the upcoming episode, Dagon's journey will come to a thrilling conclusion as he clashes with Toji Zenin. Episode 14 will showcase Dagon's long-awaited but short-lived appearance in the anime, setting the stage for an intense battle that will kick off with brutal violence and the tragic events synonymous with the Shibuya Incident arc.
