Below Deck Down Under season 2 is set to bring forth an abundance of drama and romance, commencing with a captivating "love pentagon". Captain Jason and Aesha Scott have candidly shared their initial responses upon discovering the intertwining relationships amongst the crew.
"I don't come across it often. If I happen to observe its impact on the work, I usually address it with just a few words, and that resolves the situation," Jason explained to Us before the season 2 premiere. "However, it's not a problem if two consenting adults are enjoying their time and creating a positive work environment. Provided they understand the guidelines, which include the possibility of emotional heartbreak, they should continue working and moving forward."
Aesha mentioned that she wasn't affected by how her colleagues spent their free time. She added, "The only rule is not to be late for work. As long as everyone starts their shift precisely when the second hand aligns with the minute hand, it doesn't matter what they do during their personal time."
In the preview for the second season of the popular Bravo series, Aesha alluded to the complexities that arise in relationships as individuals become more familiar with each other. The head stewardess also informed Us that she took great care to closely monitor her interior team, ensuring that their personal lives did not impede their professional responsibilities.
Jason Chambers and Aesha Scott, who appeared on Mark Rogers/Bravo (2), discussed a strange phenomenon they experienced while being isolated on a boat for weeks. They admitted that initial judgments of the new people they met on the boat were often inaccurate, as the isolation caused them to see things differently. Aesha humorously mentioned that someone who initially seemed unattractive could become incredibly attractive after spending time together. However, once they left the boat and returned to the real world, they often questioned their decisions.
During the filming of new episodes of Below Deck Down Under, Aesha remained steadfast in her commitment to her boyfriend, Scott Dobson, and was not tempted by her fellow cast members. Trust is the key component in their relationship, as Aesha believes it is pointless to be in a relationship without trust. Despite spending time together and apart throughout their relationship, they maintain a strong sense of independence while having complete faith in each other. This trust allows them to fully focus on their individual endeavors.
Filming brings me comfort as I am able to stay connected with him through daily texts and calls. With the knowledge that he will be there to congratulate me at the end, I can fully immerse myself in the adventure on the boat. I am deeply grateful for his unwavering support. As for Jason, although he is currently not involved in a committed relationship, he does hope to meet someone extraordinary.
"I have managed to establish stable arrangements for my daughter with her mother at school, which gives me the opportunity to shift some focus towards myself in the coming year," he stated in his interaction with Us. "With any luck, there will be changes, allowing me to allocate some time to personal matters."
