Jude Bellingham found the back of the net and assisted another goal as Real Madrid secured a 3-2 victory over Napoli in the Champions League group stages on Tuesday. The talented midfielder intercepted a pass from Napoli's captain, Giovanni Di Lorenzo, before setting up Vinicius Junior to level the score at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, following an initial Napoli lead by Leo Ositgard.
The England international then slalomed through Napoli's defence from around midfield to score his eighth goal in nine appearances since signing for Real Madrid in the summer.

Napoli's midfielder, Piotr Zielinski, converted a contentious penalty after half-time to level the score at 2-2. A protracted VAR review ensued due to Nacho's sliding tackle on Victor Osimhen, as it seemed that the ball initially struck the defender's shin before making contact with his arm.

Thomas Muller made a pivotal impact as a substitute for Bayern Munich, as he provided the crucial assist for Mathys Tel's winning goal in their comeback victory of 2-1 over FC Copenhagen from Denmark. This triumph propelled the reigning German champions to the leading position in Group A.
Struggling to generate any offense against the Danish champions, Muller, aged 34, was brought into the game in the 77th minute. Leveraging his extensive experience, he managed to outpace and overpower the defense, setting up Tel to secure all three points.

In the 56th minute, the home team surprised everyone by taking the lead when Bayern failed to clear Viktor Claesson's shot. Midfielder Lukas Lerager capitalized on the opportunity and cleverly drove the ball into the net, putting the Danish champions in control. Bayern, however, retaliated in the 67th minute when Jamal Musiala skillfully maneuvered left and right on the edge of the area before unleashing a powerful low shot into the corner of the net, leaving goalkeeper Kamil Grabara helpless. Tel's goal later confirmed their victory.
In the dying moments of the game, Copenhagen's Jordan Larsson came close to securing a draw for his team. Eric Choupo-Moting directed Larsson's header towards the goal, but an exceptional diving save from Sven Ulreich ensured that Bayern maintained their lead. With this victory, Bayern now sit at the top of the group with six points, holding a two-point advantage over Galatasaray. Meanwhile, Galatasaray's 3-2 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford has left United at the bottom of the group.
