Jennifer Lawrence was straightforward about her choice for the actor to portray Tom Sandoval in a potential film.
Lawrence pondered her response before replying, "I'm not sure if there are any actors I dislike enough to envision them playing Sandoval."
Despite being a devoted fan of the Bravo series for quite some time, as evidenced by her recreation of the show's opening credits at Pump Restaurant in West Hollywood with friends back in 2014, Lawrence admitted that due to her busy schedule promoting No Hard Feelings, she had only recently managed to catch up on the drama. The actress shared this update with Access Hollywood earlier in the month.
"That footage was incredibly difficult to witness," Lawrence expressed, referring to the aftermath of Scandoval. "It made me feel physically ill last night. I've reached my limit and can no longer bear it."
The reunion special of Vanderpump Rules season 10 was divided into three parts, airing in late May and early June. Throughout the episodes, the cast engaged in numerous intense and profanity-laden confrontations.
During the third part of the reunion, which was broadcasted on June 7th, emotions ran high as Madix, Leviss, and Sandoval found themselves in a heated confrontation.
Madix, who had been close friends with Leviss prior to the scandal, couldn't contain her anger and unleashed a torrent of expletives. "You can go screw yourself with a cheese grater. You're absolutely terrible," she shouted. "You're repulsive, and I sincerely hope that the worst possible things happen to you."

Sandoval further worsened his situation by making a notorious comment about his ex, who disclosed that she and the restaurateur were continuing their intimate relationship while he was involved with Leviss.
In response, Sandoval cynically remarked, "She decided to keep her T-shirt on, despite the scorching heat."
The remark left the rest of the cast, including host Andy Cohen, in a state of shock. Lala Kent expressed her disapproval by commenting, "You're such a jerk." Meanwhile, Schwartz, who is Sandoval's best friend and business partner, muttered, "Please don't say that, man. Please don't say that."
In the final moments of the episode, Leviss made a shocking revelation that she had been dishonest about various aspects of her affair with Sandoval, under his instructions. However, the most surprising revelation was that their relationship had allegedly started much earlier than anyone had known. Leviss disclosed that their second encounter had actually taken place at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' wedding in August 2022. (It is worth noting that Leviss had also been involved with Schwartz, 40, during the celebratory getaway.)
Following her emotional breakdown while sharing this new information, both Madix and Kent admitted that their perception of Leviss had shifted slightly. Madix recently mentioned in an interview with Backgrid that she felt a "little" empathy for the pageant queen. Similarly, the host of the "Give Them Lala" podcast, during an interview with TMZ, expressed feeling "dirty" after reacting harshly towards Leviss during the reunion.
Leviss, on the other hand, sought help for her mental well-being and entered a treatment facility following the filming of the reunion in May.
Raquel has been undergoing treatment at a voluntary inpatient behavioral health and trauma facility since the conclusion of the reunion filming. As of today, she has been there for 68 days and continues to receive support. The treatment she is receiving is aimed at helping her understand the underlying reasons behind her past decisions and enabling her to learn and grow from her mistakes. Ultimately, her goal is to make more positive choices and evolve into a better version of herself.
