Jennifer Garner Joins Rockettes to Spread Christmas Cheer in Endearing Video for Friend Reese Witherspoon

Jennifer Garner demonstrated her love for Reese Witherspoon with a grand gesture and some fancy dance moves. In a video posted on Instagram on December 2, Garner, 51, shared that her friend Reese had sent her a DM the day before. The post was a joint effort with the Radio City Rockettes' official account.
The actress from The Family Switch then posted a screenshot of an Instagram direct message exchange with Witherspoon, 47. Witherspoon, star of The Morning Show, shared a post from the Rockettes’ account and asked Garner to join them in dancing. Garner responded with, "What would I give."
In the video, Garner mentioned that she happened to be in New York at the time. She added, "And, for our whole friendship, I pretty much do anything she says."
The next clip shows the 13 Going on 30 actress displaying a screenshot of her text exchange with Witherspoon, in which she sent Witherspoon a photo of her feet on top of the Radio City Music Hall doormat. Garner added the message, "For you."
“Wait!!! What??? Am I psychic???” Witherspoon responded in a series of text messages, to which Garner replied, “Nope. You manifested it.”

The Rockettes were lined up in perfect formation, gracefully stepping aside to reveal Garner standing behind them. With beaming smiles, she confidently moved in sync with the iconic kickline. The video concluded with the Rockettes exclaiming "Merry Christmas, Reese!" while waving at the camera.
"Cheers to twenty years of 'yes ma'am' with my friend @reesewitherspoon. Thank you @therockettes for being amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️" Garner wrote in the caption of her post.
Witherspoon also expressed her gratitude for Garner's sweet gesture, sharing on her Instagram Story that Garner made her "whole holiday season."
"Wow! This incredible gift from the amazing, fun-loving woman is without a doubt the best present I've ever gotten! Jen, you've made my entire holiday season ️" Witherspoon wrote in the caption of her own Instagram post on Saturday, next to the video.

The Rockettes got in on the fun by sharing Garner's video on their Instagram Story on Saturday, along with a message expressing their desire to dance with Reese Witherspoon as well.
The two recently worked together on the AppleTV+ mystery series The Last Thing He Told Me, with Garner in a starring role and Witherspoon as an executive producer. However, their friendship goes beyond their professional collaboration. Garner has previously spoken about the support she received from Witherspoon during a difficult and public moment in October.

During a panel discussion at Hello Sunshine’s inaugural Shine Away Event, Garner shared her experience of using dance cardio to overcome a difficult situation. "She was right there and the way I needed to get through it was dance cardio," Garner said. "And I danced cardio’d so hard, we broke her foot, but she kept going!" Witherspoon added a lighthearted touch, joking, "Just keep dancing, ladies. Just keep dancing."
