Jared Leto, the 51-year-old actor, revealed his beauty tips on Instagram. On Wednesday, August 9, he shared his makeup routine with fans. Leto emphasized his main approach to applying makeup, which is to complete it as quickly as possible. He demonstrated this while unveiling a vibrant eyeshadow palette.

Leto applied a brush to his eyelids, skillfully spreading a vibrant red shade. "Ah, how lovely and delicate," he remarked, while messages from his friends appeared on his screen. One text urgently exclaimed, "We have to go right away," while another questioned, "Are you doing your makeup once more?"

After a mesmerizing process, Leto elaborated, "My approach involves generously applying the palette before seamlessly blending it into my skin." Stepping back to appreciate his craftsmanship, Leto exclaimed, "Well, I must say, not too shabby."

After blending the shadow flawlessly, Leto exclaimed, "It's almost like the initial chaos." Then, he gently removed excess product to tidy up.

"You see, the trick is not to apply makeup... but to remove it," Leto stated, erupting into laughter as a voice in the background urgently announced, "Okay! We only have one minute. We need to exit in 30 seconds!"

"I suppose I'm in a bit of a predicament," Leto jokingly remarked before applying yellow eyeshadow along his hairline. "What made you choose yellow?" an off-camera individual inquired, prompting Leto to respond, "I don't really know... Just trying to find new places to experiment with." 

To complete his glamorous look, Leto opted for a daring red lip. "And there you have it. I call it 'total disaster,'" he added. In the caption of his social media post, Leto wrote, "Hot mess makeup tutorial part 2. Share your tips below. I could use them."

Leto's followers lauded his expertise, with one describing the aesthetic as a "gorgeously chaotic masterpiece," while another social media user chimed in, "This is hands down the most exceptional makeup tutorial I've ever witnessed."

On Friday, August 4, the actor had previously divulged his step-by-step regimen, showcasing stunning blue eyeshadow and strikingly white eyebrows.

Later that day, he showcased the rhythm to a large crowd at Lollapalooza in Chicago. Leto took to the stage with his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, combining the cosmetics with an outfit inspired by skeletons, red gloves, and black sneakers.
