Janet Caperna Shocked by Michelle Lally's Secret Boyfriend Revelation on 'The Valley' (Exclusive)

Janet Caperna, like many of us, found out about the rumors regarding Michelle Lally's supposed secret boyfriend while watching the latest episode of The Valley.

During the episode, Janet was surprised to hear co-star Kristen Doute accusing Michelle of having a boyfriend. She immediately paused the show and asked her husband, Jason Caperna, to rewind the scene. Janet was taken aback and wondered, "Did Kristen really mention a boyfriend? What's happening here?"

Janet was surprised just like the audience. She mentioned that Kristen did not reveal the secret in front of everyone at the table. Instead, she went down to the lobby and spilled the beans in front of the cameras. Janet had no clue about it at that time.

In the episode of The Valley that aired on Tuesday, April 23, Kristen once again talked about holding all of Michelle's secrets. The climax came when Michelle's husband, Jesse Lally, confronted her and almost got into a physical altercation with some of the cast members.

Kristen claimed that Michelle had a boyfriend for a year and is now protecting him instead of her. About a year ago, Michelle and Jesse were unhappy. Michelle was seeing another guy and spending time with him. Kristen did not mind this because she does not have a good opinion of Jesse.

After watching the episode, Janet still does not support Kristen's side.

Janet expressed her wish that Kristen had confronted Michelle directly in front of everyone, giving her the chance to defend herself and clarify any misunderstandings. She felt that Kristen's approach of waiting to bring it up privately was unfair and caught Michelle off guard. Janet believed that it would have been better if Michelle had the opportunity to speak for herself in that situation.

On the other hand, Janet didn't see the need for Michelle to address the rumors at all. She mentioned that she was unsure if there was even anything for Michelle to confess about, finding the whole situation rather puzzling.

Jesse and Michelle, who were married for almost six years but have now separated, faced rumors of infidelity since the premiere of The Valley earlier this year. In a preview clip for next week's episode, Michelle tells Jesse that Kristen's claims are not true, even though it's uncertain if they were informed about Kristen's statement of having a boyfriend.

Janet mentioned that it seemed like Michelle was not involved with anyone else before she decided to end her marriage.

Janet was surprised when she first heard about it on Tuesday night. She couldn't believe that Michelle, who has a full-time job, a 4-year-old daughter named Isabella, and a husband, could possibly have time for a boyfriend. Janet joked that she would like to take a time management course from Michelle if she could juggle all of those responsibilities.

The Valley was filmed last summer. In real time, Michelle recently revealed she is dating someone new after her and Jesse called it quits.

Michelle shared on Instagram Q&A that she is currently seeing someone special and values their privacy. She expressed her desire to become friends with him in the future.

Following Michelle's revelation, fans of Bravo noticed her costar Brittany Cartwright's Instagram Story showing a group outing. They speculated that the mystery man with Michelle is financial advisor Aaron Nosler.

Janet shared with us that she hasn't met Michelle's new man yet. However, her husband has and even joked, "Jason actually knows him from their single days. As soon as she told me his name, I went and of course immediately looked him up."
