In an interview with Glamour U.K. in February 2019, the model expressed that her career requires her to be in the public eye, so she has made a conscious decision to keep her personal life low-key. She believes that personal matters are meant for oneself and loved ones, and she finds happiness in maintaining that boundary.

Despite her reserved nature, she has managed to date numerous A-list celebrities such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Kanye West, Bradley Cooper, and others. After Shayk and Cooper had a daughter named Lea in 2017, they eventually ended their relationship two years later. Despite the breakup, Shayk continues to hold onto the hope of finding her soulmate in the future.

Irina Shayk's Dating History: From Bradley Cooper to Kanye West

Irina Shayk has been in several long-term relationships in the public eye, but she believes that less is more when it comes to sharing her dating life with the world.

"Being someone who is constantly in the public eye, I have chosen to keep my personal life private," the model explained to Glamour U.K. in February 2019. "Personal matters are called that for a reason - they are meant for you and your loved ones, and I find contentment in keeping it that way."

Nonetheless, this philosophy hasn't hindered her from romancing various high-profile individuals, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Kanye West, Bradley Cooper, and others. Shayk and Cooper became parents to their daughter, Lea, in 2017, before eventually parting ways two years later.

Shayk, after ending her relationship with the Hangover actor, maintained a positive outlook, hoping to eventually find her lifelong partner.

“Each person has their own perspective,” she expressed in her cover story for the Harper's Bazaar Summer Digital Issue in July 2019. "Do I have faith in marriage? Absolutely. I'm not opposed to it."

Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo and Shayk became a couple after meeting on the set of an Armani ad in 2010. They were together for five years before announcing their breakup in January 2015. Rumors circulated that Shayk had problems with Ronaldo's mother, but a representative for the model stated that these rumors were false. The representative confirmed that Shayk had a close relationship with Ronaldo's family throughout their time together. Shayk chose not to comment further on the matter.

Bradley Cooper

The couple started dating in 2015 and made their red carpet debut at a Paris Fashion Week party one year later. They share a daughter, Lea De Seine, who was born in March 2017.

"I suppose that having a child and creating a family of my own, which is truly a miracle and something I've always longed for, has made me even more receptive to each day and being fully present," Cooper discussed his experience of fatherhood in a September 2019 interview with NRP. "What I desire most for my daughter is to always feel cherished."

Cooper and Shayk ended their relationship in June 2019. According to a source, the former couple had been experiencing discord for some time and were not in a positive space.

Shayk was seen accompanying the art dealer in New York City in March 2020. According to a source, Vito has held a longstanding fascination with Irina and they had crossed paths a few years earlier. The source also mentioned that Vito is a highly sociable individual who relishes going out and enjoying himself.

In June 2021, a source revealed that Irina and Kanye have been spending time together, getting to know each other. The source also mentioned that Kanye has always found Irina beautiful, and both of them are excited to see where their relationship leads. However, their romance didn't last long as they announced their split in August 2021, shortly after Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021 following their six-year-long marriage.
