Hiromi Higuruma first made a brief appearance in Chapter 143 of the manga before making a more prominent appearance in Chapter 158, titled "Kogane." He is a former lawyer who has become a sorcerer and was originally born as a non-curse user. However, he was granted limitless powers by Kenjaku, which his intellect helped him to master. Before gaining these abilities, Higuruma fought for justice in the courtroom, utilizing his analytical skills to become a formidable lawyer who would do anything to protect those wrongly accused.

During the Culling Game, he successfully exorcised numerous deadly curses before entering Colony No. 1, where he effortlessly defeated any players who attempted to attack him. While initially serving as an antagonist during the Culling Game Arc, he later joins forces with the series' protagonists, including Yuji Itadori.

2. Fumihiko Takaba

Comedian-turned-sorcerer Fumihiko Takaba was revived by Kenjaku during the Culling Game Arc. Despite his ambition to entertain people with his jokes, his goofy personality and lack of funny jokes make him appear silly to others, and no one sees him as a worthy opponent. However, the manga has revealed that his Cursed Technique has the potential to overwhelm even the strongest sorcerers like Gojo Satoru, if Takaba learns to master it.

3. Reggie Star

Reggie, like other ancient sorcerers, was reincarnated by Kenjaku to join the Culling Game. In JJK Season 3, he will emerge as a formidable antagonist.

Reggie Star’s greatest asset is his cunning mind, enabling him to manipulate and exploit others for his own purposes. In the Culling Game, his sharp intellect allowed him to swiftly acclimate to the game’s challenges. He strategically aligned himself with powerful players while removing those he deemed unworthy of participating.

4. Chizuru Hari

Chizuru Hari, a participant in the Culling Game, had the opportunity to be an ally to Reggie Star. Unfortunately, he was unable to showcase his true potential as Megumi quickly overpowered and ultimately killed him during a confrontation when negotiations between Megumi and Reggie Star turned sour.

5. Iori Hazenoki

This ancient sorcerer joined Reggie Star's group before Megumi and Yuji Itadori arrived in Colony No. 1. He initially battles Megumi Fushiguro with the group, but then engages in a one-on-one fight with the comedian Fumihiko Takaba. Hazenoki, from a more brutal era, is known for his violent nature and is used by Reggie Star to eliminate players who threaten his plans.

6. Charles Bernard

In contrast to the other characters in the group, Charles Bernard comes from a unique background and never imagined being part of the world of sorcery. He was a mangaka deeply passionate about his dreams until he was unwillingly thrust into the Culling Game.

With his sole ambition being his work as a manga creator, he found it difficult to find a compelling reason to participate in the game. When Kinji Hakari challenges him, demanding a good reason to fight, Bernard's motivation arises when his artwork is criticized, giving him the drive to defeat his opponent.

7. Rokujushi Miyo

Rokujushi Miyo, a participant in the Culling Game, is only passionate about one thing: sumo wrestling. Coming from an era where sumo was a regular activity, Miyo becomes frustrated when he can't find anyone to wrestle with in the modern world.

Despite having formidable opponents like Maki Zenin, who possesses immense powers, Miyo's wrestling abilities allow him to surpass her speed and defeat her in multiple sumo matches. He also injured the cursed Naoya with a powerful headbutt.

8. Hagane Daido

Hagane Daido, an older adult, possesses remarkable skill in wielding a sword. Despite not being a curse user, he is able to hold his own against a Jujutsu sorcerer due to his expertise as a swordsman. Much like Rokujushi Miya, Hagane effortlessly overpowered Maki Zenin and Naoya.

His exceptional swordsmanship makes him a formidable contender in the Culling Game, and the prospect of witnessing his battles in JJK Season 3 promises to be thrilling.

9. Hana Kurusu

Hana Kurusu is an electrifying character set to make an appearance in JJK Season 3, as she shares her body with an incarnated sorcerer, Angel. In the Culling Game, Hana joins forces with Angel to eliminate other incarnated sorcerers and the king of curses, Sukuna.

With Angel's powers, Hana gains the ability to fly and her CT allows her to neutralize any curses in her vicinity. Despite these abilities, Hana chooses not to use her powers for harm, but rather utilizes them to aid and rescue others, using her flying abilities to swiftly traverse barriers and assist those in need.

10. Dhruv Lakdawalla

Dhruv's unique ability to incarnate himself allowed him to make significant contributions to the oldest war in Japan, known as the Civil War of Wa. His remarkable physical strength enabled him to single-handedly overthrow Japan during the conflict.

Additionally, Dhruv proved himself to be a formidable opponent in the Culling Game, earning 91 points and demonstrating his strength against the special grade cursed spirit, Kurourushi. In the manga, Dhruv's encounter with Yuta Okkotsu provides a clear depiction of his abilities.

Editor's P/S

As a Gen Z fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am thrilled about the upcoming Season 3 and the introduction of new characters. The Culling Game Arc promises to be even more intense and captivating than the previous seasons. I can't wait to see how these new characters interact with the existing ones and how they contribute to the overall story.

The new characters seem to bring a diverse range of abilities and personalities to the table. Hiromi Higuruma's analytical skills and limitless powers make him a formidable opponent, while Fumihiko Takaba's potential to overwhelm even the strongest sorcerers with his Cursed Technique is intriguing. Reggie Star's cunning mind and manipulative nature add an element of unpredictability to the story, and I'm curious to see how he will challenge our protagonists.
