The cast of the popular HBO show have chosen to keep their personal lives more private. Zendaya, the lead actress, has previously shared her thoughts on what she values in a potential partner. In an interview with Cardi B for CR Fashion Book in December 2018, Zendaya expressed that respect is her top priority and believes it is evident in various ways. She also emphasized the importance of having someone who can make her laugh, stating that if someone cannot make her genuinely laugh, then that is uninteresting. Her preference is for someone who can make her laugh to the point of uncontrollable laughter.

The star of Malcolm & Marie, who had been romantically linked to her Spider-Man costar Tom Holland since their on-set meeting in 2016, made the decision not to disclose her current romantic partner amidst ongoing speculation. However, five years later, the Cherry star and the singer were captured in intimate moments in Holland's car, confirming their relationship. Following the widespread circulation of the photos in July 2021, a reliable source revealed to We magazine that the duo initially developed a strong friendship before evolving into a romantic relationship.
