Since its establishment in 2019, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has experienced significant growth and success. Both Dynamite and Rampage have been incredibly popular since their inception, and despite the setback caused by the pandemic, live events have made a strong comeback in the past year. Two prominent wrestling stars, Brody King and Danhausen, are a testament to this success, as they are scheduled to appear in the highly anticipated All In event at Wembley Stadium later this summer.

AEW fans are likely familiar with Brody King as a member of the House of Black, as well as his involvement in the longest-reigning AEW World Trios Champions. On the other hand, Danhausen is a relatively new addition to AEW, making his debut in early 2022. He first gained attention from fans after teaming up with fellow wrestler HOOK. In addition to these exciting events, fans can also look forward to a new AEW collectibles line by Jazwares, which will be unveiled at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.

Danhausen & Brody King Talk AEW

Screen Rant interviewed Brody King and Danhausen at San Diego Comic-Con to chat about the latest action figures, their involvement in All In, their dream fictional wrestling matchups, and other topics.

Screen Rant: I'm an avid supporter of Jazwares and AEW. Jazwares is undoubtedly the fastest-growing toy company globally, offering an impressive line of AEW products. Currently, I'm interested to know, which versions of yourself from Jazwares do you personally prefer?

Danhausen: At the moment, I have three versions available. First, the Hook-Hausen in a 2-pack, which quickly sold out on Amazon. Then, there's the Ringside Exclusive, consistently ranked in the top 10 for six weeks straight. Lastly, I'm excited about the upcoming release of the regular version, showcasing me in stylish casual attire.

I believe my favorite wrestling gear is the Hook-Hausen in a 2-pack. It comes with a cape that was personally made by my wife. Additionally, the action figure itself is of great quality. I highly recommend purchasing it, although it may currently be sold out. However, there are other options available for purchase.

Brody King: Let's focus more on me now. I have to admit that my favorite item of yours is the ringside, mainly because of its awesome packaging.

My product is expected to be available for sale in the final quarter, either in November or December. Hopefully, it will be released in time for Christmas. It is truly amazing as it will feature the antler masks that were worn during our first pay-per-view event, Revolution.

This will be the first pay-per-view merchandise without any face paint. Additionally, there have been rumors suggesting the possibility of introducing face paint items, which would be truly exciting.

Those Supreme collection figures that I saw, like Malakai, blew me away.

Brody King: They have recently introduced a vault collection, starting with the Malakai character. One notable aspect is the mask, which features massive horns resembling wild antlers, creating a striking and unconventional appearance.

If they were to create civilian figures, what accessories would you envision for yourself? These would be non-wrestling items, similar to Brody King and his everyday attire. What accessories would best represent your character?

Brody King: I often carry a cross-body bag and wear Jordans. Camouflage is my go-to style, whether it be various types of camo or black cargo pants.

Danhausen: How about a fresh new hat for me? Danhausen sporting a new hat sounds exciting! And let's not forget about the iconic mumu I wore on television, it deserves its own toy. Oh, and one more thing, mustard! I have a penchant for mustard and enjoy adding it to my food.

Brody King: Oh, I have a photo. He's eating a burger, and there's just a cup of mustard and a cup of pickles.

Danhausen: That's what I eat. Vegetables and minerals.

Let's talk about Wembley for a moment because that's a show I'm eager to attend. The tickets are selling like crazy, AEW at Wembley Stadium. How does it feel for you to be a part of that event?

Brody King: I always strive to be a part of significant events like this. I had the opportunity to be involved when Ring of Honor and New Japan sold out Madison Square Garden, marking the first time a non-WWE promotion achieved that in two decades. Now, we have the chance to be a part of one of the largest, most attended wrestling events in history. It's unbelievable. And to think it's happening at Wembley Stadium, a venue renowned for various sports, though I'm not sure if they've ever hosted wrestling before, certainly not with a crowd of 90,000.

It's amusing because I genuinely enjoy being part of a company that is considered an underdog and continuously proves everyone wrong. People used to doubt our ability to sell even 40,000 tickets, but right from the start, we easily surpassed that number and now we're approaching 80,000. Danhausen: We'll keep surpassing expectations no matter how much they shift.

I don't want to call AEW the underdog company, because I love AEW and I feel like it's a true alternative and should be a true alternative to other products that are out there.

Brody King: Our brand is just four years young, still in its infancy. You haven't witnessed the immense potential we possess.

Being a lifelong wrestling enthusiast, my all-time favorite entrance music would be Brett the Hitman Hart's. Now, I'm curious, what's your personal favorite entrance music?

Danhausen: It seems like we're both on the same page presently, possibly agreeing that Julia Hart had the most impressive entrance today.

Brody King: Absolutely. Colin, my closest friend, composed a song for my band, God's Hate. Additionally, he wrote a song for his band, Twitching Tongues, specifically for Buddy Matthews.

He did Danhausen's Evil Song, which is Twitching Tongues also.

Brody King: He did Kings of the Black Throne. So he's pretty much done everything House of Black-related except for Malakai music.

If you can wrestle any fictional character, who would that fictional character be?

Danhausen: Green Goblin.

Brody King: Man, I've really been put on the spot.

Danhausen: I'm Goblin. You can team up. We'll fight the Green Goblin and the Hobgoblin. We’ll be the New Goblins.

Brody King: This question will haunt me for eternity, as I ponder upon it endlessly. Tonight, as I drift off to sleep, the regret will creep in as I question, "Why didn't I mention this?" However, I dare say that if we were to consider similar dimensions, I would relish the opportunity to face off against Godzilla.

Furthermore, let's delve into another fictional wrestling scenario where we can choose any wrestler from history. Whom would you all desire to step into the ring with?

Danhausen: Roddy Piper.

Brody King: Bam Bam Bigelow.

AEW: All In London at Wembley Stadium will take place on August 27.
