The sale was finalized in 2023, but the news of their purchase is only coming out now, a little over a month after Hailey, 27, responded to rumors about her marriage with Justin, 30.

Hailey took to her Instagram Story on March 5 to clarify, "Just so you know, the stories and constant 'blind items' I see on TikTok are always wrong. They are completely made up...coming from a place of fantasy."

The pair married in 2018 after initially breaking up in 2016.
