"Many times, people try to downplay my true self. When they first meet me, it’s like they immediately think, ‘We need to fix this about you. I’m not sure if this is going to work.’ That's what happened with Kylee [Russell]. She suggested, ‘Maybe ditch the long earrings and go for some studs instead,’" Bowers shared with Us in October. "But when Kat [Izzo] embraced my look and said, ‘No, I love everything about you,’ it made me feel really good. It’s important to have someone who accepts you just the way you are."

How Bachelor Nation Celebrated Thanksgiving 2023: Gerry Turner's Family Trolls Brayden Bowers and More
Bachelor Nation gave thanks with a side of shade on Thanksgiving.
On Thursday, November 23, Gerry Turner, also known as the Golden Bachelor, posted a photo on Instagram featuring his daughters, Jenny and Angie, along with his granddaughters, Payton and Charlee. In the photo, they were wearing what looked like Christmas ornaments as earrings. Turner captioned the photo with "It’s a Brayden kinda holiday," in reference to Bachelorette alum Brayden Bowers, and added, "Thankful for friends!"
During his time on Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette, Bowers stood out with his distinctive choice of jewelry. When he joined Bachelor in Paradise for the summer, he brought 34 pairs of earrings and revealed that the women's positive reactions to his bold style contributed to his connections on the beach.
"People often try to tone down my style. It's like they want to change things about me when they first meet me. That's what happened with Kylee Russell. She suggested opting for studs instead of my dangly earrings," Bowers shared with Us in October. "But when Kat Izzo embraced my look and didn't want to change anything, it made me feel great. It's important to find someone who accepts you just the way you are."

The holiday season is a wonderful time to reflect on all the things we have to be thankful for. As I look at my family and @chrisrsiegfried, I am filled with gratitude every single day. I feel blessed that God has brought them into my life. Let's not overlook the people we have in our lives, but instead appreciate them every day, regardless of our mood.

Haibon posted an adorable photo of their son, Dawson, as Iaconetti commended her husband's cooking abilities. "Every Thanksgiving, my dad always wanted to dine out because he dislikes cooking the turkey. (I've only let him do it twice because it's not as traditional and cozy for Jared and me)," Iaconetti shared. "Now Jared handles it and he does a fantastic job, staying calm throughout the process."
