Her ultimate, on the other hand, boosts resistance and penetration for the entire party and allows allies to inflict 'Thanatoplum Rebloom' upon enemies. This is a kind of combat effect that delays enemy actions and deals a certain amount of break damage. Judging by her kit, Ruan Mei will likely be one of the top-tier support units in Honkai: Star Rail.
