Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims exchanged vows a year after Koepka proposed in spring 2021. Initially, they met at the 2015 Masters tournament, but their connection did not immediately turn romantic. Their relationship became public when announcer Joe Buck mistakenly identified Sims as Koepka's ex-girlfriend Becky Edwards during his U.S. Open victory in 2017.
Sims recounted the viral moment to Golf Digest in 2019, stating, "My phone suddenly illuminated with a mix of messages: half offering congratulations to Brooks, and the other half questioning if I had heard the news. I assured them that I had, and immediately realized that life goes on and we're doing just fine. It was simply an honest mistake."
Sims remained by Koepka's side for his victories in the U.S. Open in 2018 and his consecutive wins in the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019.
Koepka proposed after being in a relationship for over five years. Sims enthusiastically shared the news on Instagram in April 2021, posting pictures of the proposal in Jupiter, Florida.
In June 2022, the couple exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony in Turks and Caicos. A year later, they joyfully welcomed their first child, a son named Crew.

In June 2022, the couple tied the knot in a romantic wedding ceremony in Turks and Caicos. Their happiness expanded a year later with the arrival of their first child, a son named Crew.

“We crossed paths at the prestigious 2015 Masters, a truly remarkable encounter for me as a native of Georgia, making it all the more perfect,” Sims shared with Golf Digest. "On Hole 7, a memory that has slipped my mind, he vividly recalls every detail: what I wore, our exact positioning. It was truly fascinating. … At that time, we were simply close friends."

2017
They publicly displayed their romance when they showed affection after Koepka's victory at the U.S. Open in June 2017 and later celebrated by going to Las Vegas. "It was a lot of fun," she said. "Brooks actually followed through with the idea of going to Vegas after winning a major tournament, which many people talk about but never actually do." We took a private plane and even the pilots were surprised that we were the first ones they flew to fulfill this promise. We had a great time, taking the trophy with us wherever we went. It was especially meaningful because Brooks didn't have another tournament the following week, allowing us to properly celebrate. It was a well-deserved moment for him after all his hard work. Many of my friends from LA joined us, and we also celebrated with Brooks' friends. It was a truly special experience.

2018
While Sims goes on tour with her man, she told Golf Digest that their relationship doesn’t revolve around the sport.
"Yeah, golf is rarely a topic of conversation between us. He briefly mentions it but quickly cuts himself off, saying, ‘Okay, I’ve said enough.’ And that’s where it ends," she elaborated.

Sims recently had an unforgettable Bachelorette party at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino in April. She expressed her overwhelming emotions as she witnessed friends from different stages of her life coming together and forming connections. Sims felt incredibly cherished, loved, and fully engaged in the celebration. She extends her gratitude to @bachtobasic for organizing the event, as well as her amazing maid of honor @sarahannahsims and @marenmcroberts for adding the perfect finishing touches. Now, Sims is eagerly looking forward to her upcoming wedding.

In a trailer for the miniseries, filmed prior to their marriage, Sims playfully hinted at her husband's previous success: "During our initial years together, he was constantly victorious. July 2023
Koepka and Sims welcomed their first baby, Sims revealed via Instagram in August 2023.
"Crew Sims Koepka wasted no time making his grand entrance into the world. Mere moments after Brooks returned home from the gym on Thursday, July 27th at 5:50 pm, my water broke unexpectedly, a full 6 weeks before my due date," she joyfully shared. "Clearly demonstrating his assertiveness from the start."
