Blizzard has announced the exact preloading times for Diablo 4, which will be available on June 1 and 2. With the game's release taking place a few days later, players will have ample time to preload it on either PC or console. Diablo 4 is set to launch on June 5 in North and South America, and on June 6 in the rest of the world. The game picks up the story after the conclusion of the Reaper of Souls expansion from Diablo 3. Players must prevent the demoness Lilith from conquering the world she once helped to create, with only their heroism standing in the way of demonic invasion. Creative director Sebastian Stepien has stated that Diablo 4's story is more "grounded," focusing on the regular inhabitants of Sanctuary, despite the epic struggle between heroes and demons.

Fans of Diablo 4 have already had the opportunity to play the game during its open beta testing. However, the highly anticipated full release is just around the corner. Blizzard has recently announced that players can begin preloading the game on June 1st at 4 PM Pacific/7 PM Eastern. For those in the eastern hemisphere, this translates to 12 AM BST, 1 AM CEST, 2 AM TRT, 8 AM KST, 9 AM AEST, and 11 AM NZST on June 2nd. The official launch of the game is scheduled for June 5th at 4 PM PDT/7 PM EDT, or 12 AM BST, 1 AM CEST, 8 AM KST, 9 AM AEST, and 11 AM NZST on June 6th.

Players eagerly awaiting the release of Diablo 4 can rejoice as they will be able to download and install the game at 4 PM Pacific/7 PM Eastern on May 30, a full 48 hours before the preload time. Preloading the game on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S is an option available to all players, regardless of which edition of the game they own. For PC users who don't have Blizzard's Battle.net client, they'll need to download it before getting started. Console players can easily find Diablo 4 in the Xbox and PlayStation digital storefronts and begin their download at the same time.
