Alongside Cyrus, the show starred her real-life father, Billy Ray Cyrus, as Miley's dad Robby, Emily Osment as her best friend Lilly Truscott, Jason Earles as her brother Jackson, Mitchel Musso as her other close friend Oliver Oken, and Moises Arias as Jackson's pal Rico Suave.

"Hi Hannah, it’s been quite some time. Exactly 15 years. From the moment I first covered my forehead with those blonde bangs, trying to hide my true identity, to dressing in a vibrant pink terry cloth robe with a bedazzled 'HM' over the heart," she shared on Instagram. "Little did I know... that's where you would forever reside. Not just in my heart, but in the hearts of millions worldwide."

Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana)

After her successful stint on Hannah Montana, Cyrus shifted her focus to her music career. She released notable albums like Bangerz in 2013 and Younger Now in 2017. In addition, she took on the role of a coach on The Voice in 2016, and also made a memorable appearance on the fifth series of Black Mirror in 2019.

In January 2023, Cyrus made waves with her chart-topping single "Flowers," which soared to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Just two months later, the former Disney star delighted fans with her eighth studio album, Endless Summer Vacation. To top it off, she treated her audience to a stunning documentary concert special titled Miley Cyrus — Endless Summer Vacation (Backyard Sessions) that August.

The singer — who identifies as nonbinary and pansexual — was married to Liam Hemsworth from December 2018 to August 2019 and began dating Maxx Morando in December 2021.

Emily Osment (Lilly Truscott)

Following her role as Miley's closest companion, Osment went on to achieve a leading position in Freeform's Young & Hungry, spanning from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, she made appearances in Netflix's The Kominsky Method between 2018 and 2021, as well as in Young Sheldon in 2022.

After being in a relationship for two years, Osment publicly disclosed her engagement to Jack Anthony in June 2023.

Jason Earles (Jackson Stewart)

Earles portrayed the character of Miley's elder sibling for a span of four seasons, following which he took on a leading role in another Disney show called Kickin' It, encompassing the years 2011 to 2015. In addition, the actor made a guest appearance in the third season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series in July 2022.

Jason was married to Jennifer Earles from 2002 to 2013 before tying the knot with Katie Drysen in August 2017.

Mitchel Musso (Oliver Oken)

Musso continued his acting career after his role as Oliver in Hannah Montana, appearing in the reality series PrankStars in 2011. In addition, he recently expanded into music with the release of his mixtape, Ghost, in October 2022.

However, in August 2023, Musso found himself in trouble with the law once again. After exhibiting aggressive behavior and failing to pay for a bag of chips, he was taken into custody by the police. Reports indicate that Musso had several arrest warrants pending, leading to charges of public intoxication and theft. He was eventually released on a $1,000 bond.

Billy Ray Cyrus (Robby Stewart)

The country music sensation, Billy Ray Cyrus, shifted his focus to his thriving music career after bidding farewell to the popular Disney show, Hannah Montana. Following the release of his impressive 13th studio album, Change My Mind, in October 2012, Cyrus once again captured the spotlight in 2019. This time, he made waves by collaborating with the talented Lil Nas X on the chart-topping hit, "Old Town Road." Their collaboration proved to be a massive success, earning them prestigious Grammy Awards for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video.

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus ended their almost two-decade-long marriage in April 2022. Billy Ray then revealed his engagement to singer Firerose just four months later. The couple exchanged vows in October 2023. In addition to his children with Tish - Miley, Noah, and Braison - Billy Ray also adopted her two children, Brandi and Trace, after their marriage in 1993. He is also a father to Christopher from a previous relationship.
