As soon as he departed, Stark was bitten by a peculiar snake. This left the group with no alternative but to journey to the village. The village's head priest declared that it was already too late. However, at that precise moment, the very same man whom Frieren had rescued earlier appeared. Out of gratitude, he miraculously healed Stark's injuries.
